As always we absolutely loved our time in Ocean Springs! And this little artsy house was great! Location, layout and overall cleanliness was very good! We would consider staying here again. There is a train passing occasionally. But I never heard it at night and we were not bothered by it. I personally love the sound of a train! ☺️

This is a unique and great place to stay right in the heart of Ocean Springs. Very clean and lots of space! Host was great at communicating and very accomodating. I highly recommend this property for your next trip!

Not very happy
Bring your own Kleenex and toilet paper. There are no Kleenex in this rental and the toilet paper is several grades below gas stations. Some lights were out and many switches that did nothing. Granted, we may have been happier if the weather would have been warmer and we didn’t have to spend most of our time in the unit, and since it was a cold period we were asked by the host to let faucets drip and cabinet doors open to prevent freezing. Later we were told that if we were unhappy about that we should have said so and someone would have come to do it for us. The back yard is shared with another unit. I could go on, but won’t waste anyone’s time on it. Location is good and the house does shake a fair amount when the train comes by.

Hi Marvin, I truly am sorry you didn’t have a five star experience like the overwhelming majority of our guests. Thank you for saying the location was good. I am sorry the weather was not up to your liking when you arrived, which is understandable as we were going through an extreme cold freeze at the time. I asked you if you wouldn’t mind dripping the faucets at night because we didn’t want the pipes to freeze up on you, and we don’t like to intrude on our guests. Like you mentioned, you were hanging out in the unit, and we didn’t want to show up and barge in. I manage numerous other properties in Ocean Springs, and everyone I asked, was more than happy to do so. No one has complained about the toilet paper before, and we do have Kleenex in the unit. Maybe you didn’t see where it was located, but I gladly would have told you or even dropped off another box if you needed it. Hope you can find another time to come when the weather isn’t so cold! Absolutely Perfect
This home was in the perfect location for walking the town! Loved the different levels of the floor as you walk through to the back of the house. Absolutely enjoyed the back yard with the pavilion! Listening to the water fountain was so peaceful! We made wonderful memories of our Thanksgiving! I enjoyed standing on the front porch and waving to the train engineer. We hope to return to this wonderful home!! Chris is very fast with responses and check in was such a breeze!

Great Location! Very Spacious!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is very spacious with two big bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. Also two big living room/den areas. And the big plus was that it was only about a block and a half from all the shops.

Colorful, convenient house for a long weekend getaway!
Loved our stay!!! Extremely convenient location, pet friendly and great space. Media room is fantastic! Easy to walk or drive into downtown. Like all prior comments, just know you’ll hear the train come thru several times a day / night. We were glad we packed our sound machines. My mom, dog and I will happily stay here again!

Garden city life, Beautiful art house.
We absolutely loved this house, comfortable beds, TV in every room. I enjoyed the art work in the home, even found one I couldn't keep my eyes off of and had to buy a copy for myself! Great location, roughly a half a mile from Ocean Springs Beach. Very short drive to beautiful Biloxi beach and Casinos. The property manager answered any questions we had very quickly. Will definitely be contacting again for another stay!

Great location to downtown! Easy check in and out . Beds and bedding very comfortable! The rental was stocked with all items you need for a great stay .Very clean I am a front line Healthcare worker and do not have 1 complaint on cleanliness!! I would highly recommend property ! What a cute clean place. Very quaint. The house is filled with artwork. The house is located close to everything and is in walking distance to some of the area's best restaurants and shops. Definitely a great place to stay and the property manager answered all questions immediately.

Loved the house and area overall. Perfect size for 4 adults and lots of outdoor space to just hangout and catch up. Easy walk to main dowtown entertainment district. Booked a 4 day stay to hang with my son and his girlfriend over my birthday. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place
Location was good, you could walk just about anywhere you wanted to go. The king bed was very comfortable, we did not use the other bed. There is a train that passes by several times a day and night, but it did not bother us. The cooking pots and pans could be better. We enjoyed our stay.

Wedding weekend stay
The Gallery was a great place for 6 of us to stay for a wedding weekend in Ocean Springs. The location was perfect for us to get to the the church & Jackson Pearl for rehearsal dinner. It was very clean and the back yard was a great plus.

Great House
We wanted a short weekend trip that would get us close to downtown and close to the beach. This house was perfect. The interior was amazing with all of the artwork. The exterior was great also. We enjoyed the outdoor area. We were able to walk downtown and enjoy the city. We felt perfectly safe walking around at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Walking distance to shops and restaurants
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were very happy they are pet friendly. The location is walking distance to shops, restaurants, and even the beach! If you stay here you should try Hartz chicken buffet. You can pick up a box of chicken and sides if you don’t want to eat the buffet. We would love to stay here again.

Great place to stay!!
The place is a unique artsy place to stay with history to it. It’s within walking distance to Government Street. Which has restaurants, bars and music. The beach is close by and is beautiful. The train wasn’t a big deal. The deck with the gas grill was wonderful. Loved the fountain too!

Fun Place For a Trip with Family
We had a great stay! The property was clean and well maintained overall. Check in was really easy, and the Property Manager was responsive when I messaged him about a couple things. It's a short walk to downtown, which we really appreciated. Gorgeous backyard/courtyard area with a grill and fountain. But when I say this property is close to the train tracks, I mean it is maybe 20 feet from the train tracks. I was expecting to be close to the train, but no idea how close. Overall, the noise of the train didn't bother us, but it was a concern when our children were sleeping. Something for families to consider. Otherwise, this was a great place to stay with family so we could all hang out but have our own private bedroom/space. Enjoyed it! We will likely stay again at one of the Rosetti properties.

Convenient Location
Enjoyed a second stay at Marzetti Gallery ; a roomy house for couples, families, friends. Perfectly located to everything in town and an easy bike ride or walk to the beach. Owner/manager 10% available to answer & respond to any questions or needs during your stay. Unique feature to the home is the train almost next door; you can hear it and feel it when it passes; kind of entertaining!. Plenty of earplugs available. This was our 2nd stay at this property.

Tidy Little One Night Stay
The Gallery was just fine for a one night stay in Ocean Springs. It was tidy and a short walking distance to Government Street for dinner. It was fine for two married couples who only needed a one night stay. The train did run and it was loud, but we checked that off of our bucket lists. We are glad we had the experience.

My family and I spend many weekends at Ocean Springs, and we have never left wanting more out of our VRBO rental. The property has a good location and the train didn't bother us at all. The owners were responsive throughout the process, but that's where the hospitality stopped. The neighbors were doing laundry in our rental when we arrived. The owners allowed them to use ours because theirs next door was broken, we waited until they finished to go inside. The problems ranged from internet/TV issues and overall neglect of the property is some areas. To start, the drain in the apartment tub is clogged and fills up when you take a shower. There is a keurig machine in the apartment, however empty pod cartridges was all that was there for us, disappointing. In the other bathroom there is black mold in multiple spots on the ceiling. My real frustration was with the TV/Internet capabilities. The VRBO description says HD antenna and Apple TV with internet. The TVs get local channels and in the year 2020 we couldn't watch anything. The internet is so poor, if someone watches Netflix on the Apple TV it takes up all the bandwidth you can't stream anything else. The apartment has an extender however again so low bandwidth we were forced to all use our OWN phones Hotspot, very disappointing. If you are going to have a rental in 2020, get HiSpeed Internet and make sure your listing says no cable because that would be more accurate and in the South during football season would have been a deal breaker for us. Lastly, the outside area is nice, however the party lights were just laying on the ground and chair with extension cords all over the place. The grill area was a plus, however it to had not been cleaned and the utensils were dirty and rusted. My family is used to renting a place that feels like home when we come to OS. This rental feels like it has had too many people in and out without the proper care and maintenance. The small things and personal touches makes people want to come back, and I am sorry to say this place missed the mark. The price this owner wants for a night/ weekend needs re-evaluated, we came with high expectations and left unfulfilled.

Hi Stewart, thank you for bringing up your concerns. I really wish you would have contacted me during your stay and I could have given you some help in regards to some of your issues... First of all, we asked you before letting the neighbors use the laundry room. You said that was fine. If it wasn't I wish you would have said otherwise. It was a one time thing because their washer unfortunately died on us during their stay. We have brand new ones in both rental units now, so this should be an issue in the future. I'm confused why you would mention anything about cable, as our listing doesn't state that we offer it... We have Apple & SmartTVs that guests can stream shows & movies. There are apps where you can watch sports, I'm sorry you didn't seem to find them. We find most of our guests are familiar with how to use Smart Tvs these days, but I would have been happy to help. As for the internet, we actually DO have high-speed internet. There are two networks on property. You must have not tried the incorrect one for your needs if you had so many issues. Again, I wish you would have contacted me and I could have assisted. I truly am sorry that your stay was not as expected. I could have definitely helped if you had asked, as the overwhelming majority of our guests give us 5 star reviews. I'm truly sorry that you could not do the same. Chris - Property Manager

Rosetti Gallery stay
House is nice and as described. Govt street/downtown is just a couple of blocks away. Back patio is lovely. Internet was basically nonfunctional, and we would have preferred not having a communal laundry room in use during our stay. Overall a good experience. Ocean Springs is wonderful.

Hi Emily, happy that you enjoyed your stay! Not sure why you were having issues with the internet, as most of our guests don't, and it works whenever I'm over there before each check in. The laundry room is only used by the housekeeper during the hours of 11-3pm if there happens to be a checkout during one's stay next door. The doors are lockable by you, so most people don't have an issue with that. Happy that you had an overall good experience. Hope you come back again. Comfortable, artsy in-town location.
Looking forward to our next stay at the Gallery. Perfect location if you want to walk or bike anywhere. We biked along the beach every morning before stopping at the Green House on Porter for fresh baked biscuits. Being near a train track was not a problem for us; I grew up with one almost in my front yard; my husband wore his earplugs and slept right through any train passings. The hosts are quick to respond to any questions and the place is plenty roomy for multiple guests if you are traveling with friends.

Best Ever!
We loved our stay! The house is so comfortable with plenty of amenities! There is an abundance of TVs! All furniture and bedding are comfortable! I cant say enough about the beautiful backyard area that included a propane fire pit with rocking chairs, just to name a few of the extras. Additionally, working with the owner was effortless. Our trip was planned over the weekend that Alberto (the storm) was forecast to hit. She was very accommodating and willing to allow us to alter our plans. Any question directed to her prior to our visit and during our visit was addressed within minutes. Other noteworthy considerations include the short, two block walk to downtown area for shopping and restaurants. We will definitely return to this property.

Spent a winter month. Walked to shops, restaurants, beach. Had a great time. The trains run quite close to the house. Loved the media room. Ocean Springs is a quiet town with Biloxi only ten minutes away. Best of both worlds.

We loved our stay at Rosetti Gallery. The beds were very comfortable, even the pullout futon. The showers had great pressure (very important to me) and we never ran out of hot water. The feel of the place is so nice and comfy, we felt right at home - but better. She had coffee for us (also very important to me) and a britta pitcher of water in the fridge. Lots of extra touches like that. Plus she answered all of my questions within 5 minutes We were within walking distance of that darling downtown and all of the great restaurants. I will stay here next time I'm in Ocean Springs

Fantastic
The cottage was perfect for my family.....within walking distance from downtown Ocean Springs. They provide bikes for a stroll through ocean springs. The owners are accommodating and were quick to reply to our questions. This is the second time we stayed here and will continue to stay at this property in years to come.

Amazing house, great location
We loved our stay...relaxing and so enjoyable. the house was lovely and "artfully" (pun intended) decorated. We lacked for nothing. Even though the house was next to the train tracks, we got used to the whistle after our first day...didn't bother us or our 2 small dogs. We were so close to downtown Ocean Springs, that the location made it easy for us to either go walking into the quaint town for shopping or eating or hopping on interstate for more exploring. The beach front wasn't crowded at all...a way different feel than the busy and crowded Biloxi/Gulfport beach. Enjoyed relaxing on the back patio in the cool of the evening. Thanks for a great time, Vicki. Hope to return again soon....

Small Town Escape At Its Best
