Great location, clean, but needs some upgrades.
The location is good, about 15 minutes from the beach. Golf course and pool access which is very nice/convenient. The residence could use some upgrades as the TV in the living room was very slow, dryer and pull out couch did not work. Both items were reported and hopefully fixed in the near future. Other then that cute property!

Excellent Rental
Having never stayed here, we weren't sure what we were getting. Once we stepped in the condo, we were blown away. Very clean and just as the description said. The queen bed was very comfortable, the living furniture very comfortable. We were very pleased. My only small recommendation to the owners would be more lighting in the living room. Having just one overhead light that was dim at best did not give adequate lighting to read by. Other than that we will most definitely come back!

Great stay
Beautiful, well-kept condo in a nice community. The condo itself looked better than the photos with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The location was great - close enough to the beach but far away from the chaos. The community has golf, pool/hot tub, playground and a large walking trail. Good communication with the property owner. Will stay here again next summer!

Basic place with a good view
The location of the property is the best part about the place. There is also a pretty view of the bay! If you don’t mind washing linens and towels in a small washer/dryer the morning before you go, then this place is for you. Not only wash and dry, but fold them and put them away. I recommend bringing your own linens and towels, wish I would have known that ahead of time. Also, they ask you to collect all your trash and throw it away yourself. The information package they provided wasn’t exactly up to date. They had beach chairs but the umbrella was missing. The dishwasher was also full from the previous guest and we had to unload it. All in all, we had a good time.

Great location, super clean!
This two-bedroom condo is an a lovely golf community with beautiful views of the marshlands (especially from the screened-in porch), plenty of walking paths, lots of open space, and a quick drive into downtown Bethany Beach. Parking was easy. It was exceptionally clean and had all of the kitchen items needed for a nice stay. The owners provide quite a few extras in terms of use of beach chairs, a grill, and other items in their garage. Hand soap and dish soap were provided, but be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, and hair dryer. There is a washer/dryer and detergent provided, but be sure to get up early the day of departure if you used the linens there. You are asked to wash and dry them before leaving, but the dryer took two cycles to dry just one set of sheets. We booked our stay on a Wednesday for a Friday arrival, and I think that the website did not alert the owner of the booking, since I had to call to get check-in instructions on Friday afternoon. The only other issue we ran into was when we had trouble with the cable access. I texted the property manager using the number provided asking for assistance, but I never heard back. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would be more than happy to book this condo again in the future!!

Relaxing and Clean!
So clean, so easy, so relaxing. We spent the whole time on the screened in porch watching the wildlife, two deer even came up to say hello. We are hoping to book again next year!

Loved our family stay!
This stay was phenomenal. Everything was well-stocked and kept. Our only concern was the need to have towels and linen washed and dried by 10 am check out. The washer and dryer can only output so much and it leaves a burdensome strain on the tenants. That portion should be covered under the cleaning prong and fee of the rental agreement.

Very nice stay
We really enjoyed our time at this property. The premises were great and we really enjoyed the pool. There are walking paths that we enjoyed in the early morning as well as the evening. It was a short drive to Bethany Beach, which is a great beach destination.

Condo was nice but a couple things would make it great
The condo was nice and clean. The pool was nice the trip to the beach was easy. The only issues were the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. It definitely needs to be upgraded. Also the water in the master shower does not get hot. This could be a simple adjustment of the ant-scold valve. Just need a handy man to adjust it. These two changes would make the condo five stars.

The place was nice and clean. Offerings of Netflix and Hulu was a nice addition. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked. The master bathroom shower does not get very hot, but the hall bathroom did- so most of us chose to shower in there. Also, if you’re using the linens provided please know the dryer is very slow to dry towels and sheets; so be sure to allow yourself plenty of time to wash and dry (which is hard with a 10am checkout time).

Amazing Family Trip
This condo was perfect, great beach decor and very clean. Myself, my husband, 12yr. old twins and 10 year old had a great time. We didn’t mind having a drive to the beach bc the golf community was great for our active family. We ran, swam and kids rollerbladed on the paved trails in the mornings then took the 15 minute drive (due to traffic) to the beach. We were able to get decent parking each day. The only down-side was The pull out couch bed was not comfortable at all, so one of our kids slept on the floor.The owners were great to communicate with and we highly recommend this adorable condo.

Wonderful start to summer!
Fantastic property with wonderful pool and golf amenities. Quick trip to many beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Accommodation had a few issues but nothing that stopped our family of 4 having a great vacation.

Lovely
Myself and three of my children stayed for a weekend to enjoy some beach time. The home is wonderful and exactly as pictured. Everything we needed was there and it felt like home away from home. I must say, the mornings on the screened porch and the view was beautiful. We even had a deer visit just feet away from where we sat. Short drive to beach area and we were there mid May and no issues parking (we did go early). The neighbors were so nice and told us some good places to go. Beds were comfy, we slept well!! Would recommend for sure!!!

Ok, but not for me
I LOVE this community. I so enjoyed listening to and watching the nature outside, as well as the kayak launch and private beach. The home is beautiful, but has many issues. The couch is on a severe angle- not sure if its the couch or the floor? But the couch is barely sit-able The kitchen does NOT have enough pots and pans to make a family dinner. The kitchen utensils and items (other then plates and glasses) looked like they were from a kids kitchen. Thankfully it was just me and I made it work. The master bed was alright. Master bath was wonderfully clean. I spent 45 minutes trying to make the cable work (as most paper work said they had it), only to find out they didnt have it. There were ants, which is par for the course this time of the year and I didn't make a fuss, however, my last night I went to go to bed and it had a ton of ants all over it. I ended up sleeping on the couch, which was miserable. The owner felt horrible and said shed contact me for a partial refund, but I havent heard from her 3 weeks later.

Perfect getaway for my family
Had wonderful time! Family of five including three girls (10/12/14) mom and dad had wonderful time at the Bethany Beach. About 8 to 10 minutes from the Beach but the location was superb and convenient to everything. Had issues with the key and internet but absolutely awesome communication with the Property Owner solved everything. Will definitely return to the property and return to the area. Strongly recommended.

The host was so helpful and great to work with. We enjoyed our stay! Being the first renters of the season during, the glitches that came up we’re addressed quickly. ( we worked together and realized just needed to turn on the hot water- no big deal. The cleaning staff had just forgotten to do it for our out of town hosts ) The host communicated with us swiftly, kindly and helpfully. I would stay here again and again. The place was spacious, had a great decorative theme, accessories in the garage to use at the beach, golf or grill! And that view is priceless!

My kind of vacation
This 2 bedroom 1st floor unit was a very clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay on vacation. We brought sup boards to use the Bay. Access to the water is about an 8th of a mile from the condo. It was great having the garage to keep the boards safe while not using them.

The house was very clean and spacious. 15 minute drive to the ocean. Nice to have access to pool and a basketball court! Owner was easy to communicate with. I wish that the listing stated that linens were provided only if you laundered them before leaving. It was in the check in packet but we had already left our home by the time we received this info. When we arrived we found beds with no sheets and not even a hand towel to dry your hands in the restroom. We were traveling with 4 kids. That’s a lot of laundry to have to wash, dry, and put away before leaving at 10am! Also as we reluctantly put the sheets on the beds we just hoped that the guests before us did their due diligence and laundered the sheets after they used them! Had I known that laundry at 6am would be expected while on my vacation I would have booked a different home.

I’m sorry that you felt this way about the trip. The laundry practice was also in your information packet that was emailed to you ahead of time and you also have the option of bringing your own linens to cut down on time. Unfortunately, cleaning crews will not wait in one apartment for several hours needed just to do multiple loads of laundry. When they do so, the cleaning fees for renters also increase greatly. Had you emailed me upon receiving the packet I would have been happy to let you decide which you would prefer! I’m glad you enjoyed the condo other than this issue though!

Fun Family Trip
The owner was quick to respond to all questions prior to arrival. Check in was an easy process. The condo was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The view from the back porch was breathtaking! The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking utensils you would need and Weis was only a 5min drive for groceries. Our kids loved swimming in the pool, playing tennis and burning energy at the playground. Our only recommendations to the owners would be to buy new beach chairs and to fix the ice maker. The beach was a short 10min drive. We parked at the Garfield entrance since it was close to public restrooms. The Bethany Beach Boardwalk had a lot of fun shops to explore. The pizza at Pomodoro was awesome and the ice cream at Maureen's was delicious. We drove to Fenwick for dinner on the bay at Harpoon Hanna's and kayaked on the bay. This was our first trip to Delaware and certainly not our last!

It was well decorated and the location offered a lot of activities. Beach was about 10 minutes away but was actually ideal because it kept us away from the hustle and bustle. The owner made sure everything was conveniently available upon our arrival.

Across the board, an excellent experience! From the start, communication with owner was prompt and informative. Was confident about our stay before even leaving for the trip. Development was peaceful, quiet, and well maintained. Rental property itself was clean, comfortable, and cared for. And the view of the bay from the back porch was beautiful! Being a 5-10 minute drive to the oceanfront, it was a great location; an easy hop into Bethany for activities and an easy hop back to clean up, relax, and fix a meal in away from the clamor and clatter of the boardwalk. Highly recommend!

Super nice, clean, quite and comfortable condo
The 3 of us (including our 5 year-old) enjoyed our stay for the long weekend after July 4. It was home base as we went to Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island. The view from the condo is more beautiful than photos can capture. The owner is very responsive to questions. One heads up to those with preschoolers: the bathroom sinks and kitchen table are higher than most; we recommend that you bring a stepstool. The condo was very clean upon our arrival. It was quite while we were there; the "loudest" noise was the air conditioning units outside. The beds were comfortable and the beach decor was a nice touch. If we're in the area again, we'll stay at "Ocean View".
