This is obviously a high-end hotel in a resort town. The services were excellent. The property appeared new. Everything was clean. It is conveniently located, with shops and restaurants within walking distances.

The staff asked for extra money for hot spring services even we use or not still had to be paid extra charge for hot spring services. Despite that was a small amount but the procedure was not right. I would not go to that hotel again.

Front staff are wonderful but one of staff we bumped into at elevator was even look at us and seemed grumpy. One little thing made us wonder we would like to come back here or not.

Wife didn't like the bed and pillow. Too hard on the body. Otherwise, this is a nice property. Buffet breakfast was great if you like Japanese cuisine.

The rooms on the one side of the hotel look onto a busy train station. I had trouble sleeping. They were unwilling to change my room until I asked him if there was a room I could pay more for on the quieter side of the hotel. They then found a room and charged me an additional fee. It’s an OK hotel, and definitely situated right next to the train station for convenience.

Hotel is strategically located right at the train station and it was easy to navigate. We didn't have to lug our luggage far. Hotel room was spacious, enough to put a big and small luggage without feeling cramp. Public bath at level 10 was easily assessable and a good relaxation place too. Foot bath at level 14 was quite interesting too. The hotel service staff wasn't eloquent in English so we had some challenges trying to ask question. And out of the blue, we were asked to pay the bathing tax which was not indicated on Expedia.

駅直結でアクセスは最高です。 飲食店やコンビニも隣接していて便利。 高齢な両親との旅でしたが、足の不自由な母にはアクセスの良さがとても助かりました。 大風呂は利用可能時間も長く、夜も朝も利用して快適。浴室は然程大きくはないですが非常に清潔。 ただ、脱衣所の洗面台オーバフロー穴の掃除状況がちょっと目についてしまいした。また、雪肌精の基礎化粧品が設置されていて素敵ですが、化粧水は全て空で残念。チェックをあまりしていないのかなと。 ルームは今回「スーペリア ツインルーム」を3名で利用したため、サブベッドを設置してくださったのが理由とは思いますが、ちょっとお部屋は狭く感じました。あとエアコンの埃が見えて気になりました。 とはいえ、13階だったこともあり、大きな窓からの展望は素晴らしく、海が綺麗に見えます。それを見て、翌日漁港までランチに行きたくなりました。 館内着も上下セパレートでとても使いやすかったです。人数分ミネラルウォーターのサービスも嬉しかったです。 トータル的に満足なので、小田原に来た際はまた利用したいと思います。

隣近就是小田原站，3/F 和周邊很多用膳地方，非常好。只是有提供早餐的食肆較少。 房間寛敝，溫泉浴場很好，還有 steam bath。
