The rooms are very spacious and with the balconies reaching into the trees on the street, there's a calmness about the place that lays over all the fun things that are right there in Odesa.

The place to stay
Great hotel, friendly and professional service from reception. Only problem we had was with Hotles.com information on our reservation. Hotels.com said breakfast was included with reservation and it turned out this was false. They notified Frapolli hotel it was for rooms only.

They try there utmost to be kind and helpfull. Really nice hotel. And nice Area around. Top street in Odessa.

Back on D Steet.
It’s been over a year since I have stayed at this hotel last. Nothing has changed. Still outstanding service from reception, housekeeping, bartender, waitstaff, to security. Fantastic view of the main street, very comfortable room with all necessary amenities. Will definitely return often. Whether former be night Ora week. You will be happy with your stay at this hotel.

As always, a fine hotel with very comfortable room and bed. Location is ideal surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. The Opera house and museums are within walking distance. The ladies at reception are very helpful, friendly, and professional. Housekeeping and restaurant staff are outstanding.

Reception personnel were outstanding and very helpful as usual. Restaurant and housekeeping staff were friendly and professional as every one in the hotel is. My favorite place to stay when in Odessa. Rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. Hotel is near good restaurants , great shopping and local attractions.

Great location in city center. Opera is around a corner. Two restaurants on the first floor Crab House and Irish Pub both are good. You can order meal into your room 24 hours. Decent internet. Good breakfast.

Very helpful front desk and breakfast room staff. Well located. Rooms large, clean and comfortable. Only 1 pillow per bed so hard to prop up for reading on wooden head board but good reading lamps. Only 1 small bottle of water per room rather than per person??? Air conditioner had a will of its own.

Amazing, the service from the reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant wait staff was fantastic. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast that was included was delicious and filling. Very nice Odessa option in a great location
The hotel is in an excellent location, right on the main pedestrian street area. The desk help was fine, the room good, the bathtub/shower impossible to get in and out without great difficulty (and I still have the bruise to prove it). Overall, it was a very good experience.

It’s not the hotel, it’s the clients!
Frappoli is in superb location. Hotel is small, but classy. Rooms excellent. Staff excellent. My only complaint would be that it is too touristy, but this is merely a commentary on your typical English speaking tourist-rude and demanding. If you go, please try to speak a little Russian out of respect. And tip 20%.

Nice hotel, but needs improvements
Lots of problems with shower, basin and bidet. Needs a lot of improvement. Compared to our othe 4* hotel in Kiev, this was disappointing. Some of the staff at breakfast had to be asked for coffee, generally they appeared uninterested in their guests. Tables were not set on some occasions. Reception staff dour and not always helpful.

As always, amazing service, great staff, great location, very comfortable rooms. My 11 stay at this hotel. Will return when ever I'm in the area. Oh yes, and great price.
