Daniel, So sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay. Yes, ticks in this area can be bothersome! I agree! Unfortunately we cannot control that. As for outside electricity I do not understand why that was a problem? Did you try to reach out to us? We had all 3 numbers listed in the guest book and would have helped you in any way we could had we known you were having issues. We know that time away is for relaxing and enjoying and we do our best to help each guest have a good stay. Sorry again. The Knepps
