Not clean
The house itself was nice for the master bedroom bedding and pillows smelled like urine. We could not sleep in that bed. It just kind of killed the whole thing. It’s a nice house they just need to clean it better.

Summer Stay
We needed a place near Bellevue to visit my Son who’s stationed at Offitt in the Air Force. Easy commute and great neighborhood! We enjoyed the spaciousness of the home! The only thing that was different from my other stays at Airbnb or Vrbo’s was there is very minimal supplies in kitchen/bath. Also, no vacuum in home. Other than that, all was great!! I’d definitely stay again in the future!

Clean and comfortable but missing some amenities
The house has plenty of space and was very clean. The owner responded to concerns very quickly. Our only complaint was with the amenities. There was no toaster, only one serving bowl, three total cups, no chairs for the deck, only one hand towel and one wash cloth in each bathroom, and no throw blankets in the living room.

World Series
We were here to watch the World Series. The home was in a great location with easy drive to the Stadium. Grocery store nearby was convenient. The house was really clean and had everything we needed.

Nice home in a good neighborhood
Nice, quaint home in a peaceful neighborhood. The home is clean, quiet and comfortable. The only downfalls were the fireplace not in working order and garbage disposal had a fowl fish smell. It was also not in working condition. Everything was provided (towels, blankets, ect.).

Amazing all around
The property itself was great and close to a lot of restaurants and stores. When the Vrbo app wasn’t working the host answered quickly and was able to help us immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Friends getaway
This place was clean and as described in website. Very spacious for our girl’s weekend. A few things would have been nice to know. There is a nice deck and patio, but no outside chairs (we could have brought our own if we had known). We had 8 people staying which was listed to sleep 8, but there was really only a place for 6 to sleep. There are 2 couches that could also be used but no extra linens, blankets or pillows anywhere (again could have brought our own).

Grandkids visit
The property location was spot on for the places we visited, the zoo, water park, trampoline park and state parks. All of these I rate the highest rating. The property lacked in amenities, specifically kitchen towels. Paper towels were provided instead of cloth towels. A couple more pans for cooking would be helpful. Also, cleaning needs to be stepped up. The patio grill still had food on it. Couldn’t bring myself to use the grill. This property has a wonderful backyard. We would have enjoyed it better if there were chairs on the deck. Overall a great stay. The mattresses were wonderful! The property owner was accessible and responsive. Also, friendly.

A Great Stay for Our Family
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our kids found a mulberry tree and a mulberry bush, picking up many fallen berries to eat and put in some of our morning baking. The house was clean and had almost all of the kitchen items we needed - we brought some pots and baking sheets since we enjoy a lot of cooking. We even met some of the neighbors, and they were great to chat with. We would certainly consider staying here again, if we make our way to or through Omaha in the future.

Good location, great communication, need more linens/towels
This house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to main highways and a quick trip to pretty much anything which our main attraction was the zoo. The only thing that could have made our stay better was more linens (sheets and blankets) and extra towels. We had 7 total people stay and had plenty of room but there wasn’t blankets for the pull out couch in the basement and we didn’t have enough towels. We could have had a few extra on site since it’s not like a hotel room where you can just call the front desk. Also the tv in the basement wasn’t connected to the satellite so it didn’t work for anything. Would have loved some outdoor furniture to sit outside as well. Otherwise it was very clean and comfortable and served it’s main purpose well. Super communication with management. Always had an answer quickly and super easy check in via messaging. Would stay again.

There’s a fold out couch in the basement but no blankets, pillows, etc. Spare bedrooms didn’t have pillows besides the pillows in the shams. No towels in master bathroom and towels in the main bathroom were in pretty poor condition. There is a deck, but no furniture to sit on the deck.

Clean and basically what you need in Omaha for a family
This is a basic 3-bedroom house that is very clean in a nice neighborhood. Close to a park and getting to the highway. Super market up the road and the area is fairly quiet. No ice maker, but the refrigerator is new. I was able to work from the lower level while my wife and in-laws were upstairs. This was a much better option than staying at a local hotel.

Plenty of Room
We stayed in this space for a weekend because we were visiting family in Omaha. This space was just what we needed for the weekend. We had plenty of space. Having 2 bathrooms was nice. However, we have some pretty tall people in our family...taller shower heads would be nice but the showers got the job done. The stairs are a bit bowed so if you have guests that are not sure footed this might be a bit dangerous for them. We think the tv in the lower level is a gamer tv....we hoped to have that be another family area we could utilize but we never could figure out that tv so we did not get to use the lower level. I did not contact the owner because it was late at night when we were trying it out. I am also used to a few more items in the kitchen like a toaster, coffee, cream and so on. None of the items listed here were too much of a big deal for us. We really only used the space for sleeping and showering. For that it did the trick.
