The hotel was nice. But I was placed next to a busy elevator and ice machine. Neighbors next door had a child who screamed a lot. Did not sleep well during my trip.

Very serviceable room with 2 queen beds. Clean & mostly quiet (kids replaying in the hallway…grrrr). Very nice lobby area and very friendly front desk people. Great location to many amenities. My go-to hotel in Omaha.

Our wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn….Omaha
My husband had surgery recently at the Methodist hospital. We chose to stay at the Holiday Inn because of its close proximity to the hospital. We were delighted with the decision to stay at this hotel!! Friendly staff, spacious room, wonderful bed, great shower and very clean. Oh, did I mention the wonderful breakfast included with your stay?? Next trip to Omaha without a doubt, we’ll be staying at that Holiday Inn! Take my word for it. Spend a night at this hotel. You won’t be disappointed !

Omaha family trip
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast served every morning. Pool was clean. The rooms were nice and spacious. Our air conditioning was causing the floor to get wet they sent maintenance to our room immediately to fix it. I give it 9/10

First walking in room we noticed an odor. Bed mattress was terrible, sunk in on both sides. Shower pressure was weak.

AC was not working during the night. Handicap room was too far to walk from elevator. Not very convenient. Doors are very heavy for elderly person to open. Noisy bathrooms we could hear the neighbors shower during the night.

Room was clean. But I could hear everyone who walked down the hall. I could hear the ladies talking in the room above me. Breakfast ran out super quick and they could not keep up so basically just had coffee and my kids leftovers. But it was super full. Staff extremely nice. Pool area not too big but fun for kids.
