My party and I were about to relax after a long day's drive from Colorado when we saw a bedbug on the chair and one on the bed. We requested a new room and was granted one, but the tub had a crack in it, so it was not usable. We were told we could use the shower from the first room as we still had the keys to it. Also the tv did not work correctly in the first room. No TV signal. We managed to get the cost of the room reimbursed. Unfortunately, they have lost any future business from us, at least for that location.

Booked standard room w/ 2 Queen beds. They only had king available. Handicap room with tiny vanity and extremely loud bathroom light/fan. Water was shut off temporarily at 9:30PM due to maixtenance issue

I needed to type a document for a funeral the next day. You do not have Word on your computer so I was not able to. You probably will lose customers like me who need access to a computer that allows them to type a document on Word. Suggest you add Word to your computer. If theft is a potential problem, put the computer in a locked room accessible lby room key.

We liked thst there were plenty of electrical outlets for plugging in all our devices so we could charge them. Also, it’s the first hotel in a long time that had a loose sheet in addition to a duvet. With just a duvet, it’s so easy to overheat while sleeping. I don’t know if housekeeping only comes when requested, but we were disappointed upon returning to our room for the second night’s stay, finding the bed still unmade. Someone had been into the room to replace a broken coffee maker which I had reported and resupplying coffee pods, but freshening the bed was completely overlooked.

Trip was great! Room was good but needed high dusting and shower rod was beginning to fall off. Pool great but could be slightly warmer as the cooler air outside warrants warmer water. But all staff were great and breakfast awesome!

Don’t do it.
Horrible experience! We prepaid for a king and they oversold it and switched. Offered us snacks instead. Room was filthy. Toothpaste on wall as doors. No shower curtain. Toilet didn’t work. Carpet stains.
