This property is so misrepresented. They did not have a continental breakfast, which was one reason I choose this hotel. The space was there they just choose not to do the breakfast. How hard is it to provide some muffins or toast, anything. It has Wyndam in there name which usually means it is a better place. I will never assume that again. They didn't have hot water. No towel racks in the bathroom. I didn't get to shower in the paint chipped tub the entire time I stayed. There was a old office chair with rollers on the bottom, which made it hard to help my 82 year old mother put her shoes on. There were three dogs living in the room across the hall. I asked for a partial refund that I have yet to receive. The manager is not available on weekends, how convenient. I will update if that happens. STAY CLEAR of this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I felt unsafe the entire experience checking in. The fronst desk was using his personal phone talking to someone on speaker phone the whole time I was checking in. No direction as to where our room was or best way to get there. I thought id still give it a chance so we hunted it down. The room was disgusting. Our lights didn't work. There were stains all over the carpet and it was evident they didnt vacuum. Holes and scrapes on the wall. The tiles on the bathroom were broken and loose. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The property was not very clean. Seemed ean down for the ratings it has. But was disappointed that when discovered there was NO breakfast at all even though site and signage stated there was. They did have COLD coffee available wow just wish site had been honest so could gave planned accordingly.

Very very disappointed they have removed laundry facilities for guests. Had been non functioning for months, but then they just removed washer and dryer and locked the door, stating they are not going to repair, just discontinue the service.

This will be my last time staying here. Coffee is a hit and miss in the morning. If its there its been there all night. Snow removal doesn't happen.So much snow and ice build up on the hallway exit door, it didn't close completely, causing cold air to come into my room under the door, I used towels to block the cold air flow. Lighting is poor in room, lamps and plug ins are non-working. I had 1 plug in that worked. I told the front desk but nothing changed during the 4 nights i stayed. No TV or internet, had to use my phone's hotspot to complete my online required work. Sad thing is still got charged full price.

First room didn’t look clean and looked like there may have been dried animal pee on the bathroom floor. They moved us to a second room and there was an ash tray on the window ledge in a non smoking room. I told the front desk so that I wouldn’t get charged for smoking in a non smoking room. Pillow was flat and over all the room didn’t look that clean. Worst part is I probably paid more in the end because of pet fees. Generally haven’t had the best experiences with Super 8’s in Omaha.

The link said there was breakfast but they do not serve breakfast. The cable/TV was out. When i asked about it i was told they were putting in new cable n that it would be that day. So i stayed up n waited for someone but they never came. We are now on day 3 with no TV.
