This is an awesome attic apartment sanctuary in the private guest quarters of a large modern farmhouse. Your own private entrance enters to a large comfortable attic Suite with a separate bedroom with King bed. Lots of storage throughout the unit. Includes a full Galley Gourmet Kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, quartz counters, and a large farmhouse sink and enough space for four at the eat up bar!

First of all Kyle was great with communication. From our experiences that in itself can be challenging. Second, the "Attic" was clean, very comfortable and suited out needs perfectly. All this in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. I could not get enough of the trees and the birds...it was perfect. We were able to meet Kara and Kyle and they were so welcoming and kind. I would highly recommend "The Attic"

Lovely space in quiet neighborhood
My Mom and I loved staying at this property for a night on our way through Omaha. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood perfect for walking the dog. The kitchen was stocked with exactly what we needed to make dinner and the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable.

We had such a lovely stay. Kyle and his wife were so nice and the house is beautiful. Really safe neighborhood. We took a walk late at night when we got in and felt completely secure. There is also a pretty park nearby. Everything was neat and tidy. Would absolutely stay here again. And as my title above suggests, wow, the bed is super comfortable. We got a fantastic sleep!

Property is extremely nice. Only two issues were: 1) Had to park on street. Driveway was very long and steep. 2) No handrail on steep stairs. Would highly recommend this property and family was very nice.

The Attic is a really cool, private portion of the owner's home with its own entrance and square footage in the loft over the garage. The home was recently rebuilt entirely and is really conveniently located to do pretty much anything in the Omaha area. The owner is very responsive. The space is super clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen, living area, and separate bedroom with a REALLY comfortable bed. Next visit, I hope we can nab this space again. It's really pretty much perfect and way better than staying in a hotel.

PERFECT space in a GREAT neighborhood
This VRBO property is decorated beautifully. This space is very well thought out. The owners have provided a great kitchen & what a traveler would need to be able to prepare meals. There is a relaxing sitting area. The bed is set up just off the sitting area and the bed is very comfortable. The owner was very easy to work with. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. We highly recommend this VRBO & hope to be able to stay there again sometime.

Great, modern space with high-end finishes. Kitchen included a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and nice apron sink. There was a coffee maker and coffee, as well as utensils, measuring cups and other basic necessities. There is a washer/dryer combo unit. Owners were flexible and easy to communicate with. My only small recommended improvements would be not having a skylight in the bedroom (we were with our 5mo old, but thankfully brought his slumberpod), and to have a humidifer (it was very dry with the heat on). Overall, extremely satisfied with our stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in the attic apartment. Very clean except solar tubes need cleaning. Very cute and convenient apartment in Omaha located in a beautiful area. It would help to have a railing for the stairs and a light on outside at night. Had to use phone to see keypad to open door to attic apartment, it is dark and know street lights close to the house. Street parking but we had a rental car so wasn’t worried. We would stay again.
