The parking fees are handled by the HOA and this information is listed on each property page when looking to reserve! We understand about the wristbands, though this is a security measure set in place to ensure only the condo's guests have access to the pool. Unfortunately, people are known to come from the beach and try to gain access to the pools, so we hope that this didn't cause too much inconvenience during your trip! Jolene! Thank you for sharing your experience in our wonderful condo! We have cleaned up the trash closet area and we appreciate you letting us know! Things like that can sometimes be overlooked so we are grateful for our guests' feedback! Toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, and trash bags are the main things the guest provide for themselves as we provide a fully stocked kitchen with linens and towels. We are glad overall you enjoyed the condo and the amenities, and we hope to see you again soon.

Those buildings are non smoking. We're sorry you weren't able to enjoy your balcony. In case this ever happens again, if you report it to the front desk they will contact the management company and/or the guests, because they are not allowed to smoke on the balconies.
