Great place to stay
Everything was great except they list the sofa as a sofa sleeper. It has a cover over it, so it's a bit of work to take it all apart and put back together in the morning. Other than that, everything was beautiful.

Wonderful Family Beach Location
First time in Alabama and Orange Beach. We loved the location of the Condo and its beautiful views. Beach access was fantastic. Condo was nice and roomy for our party of six adults. Very spacious and cute decor. Would have liked better furniture on the balcony such as comfy couches or seating rather than the standard recliner chairs and high-top table and chairs. Balcony was my favorite place to hang out and listen to the waves. The bed and mattress in the main bedroom needs to be replaced as it has a dip in the middle which make it uncomfortable for two people sleeping. We loved the layout of the lazy river and outdoor pools, but they were very cold, and we all thought they should be heated during cooler weather for more enjoyment. Overall, it was a wonderful property and we all agreed we would stay there again.

Perfect place for family friendly beach vacation!
Roomy, clean, nicely decorated condo. Views of beach, pool, and lazy river. Bed in Master Bedroom would be more comfortable with a new mattress.

Family getaway
We stayed here for 5 nights during our kid’s spring break. The location can’t be beat. Easy access to the beach - driving distance to restaurants & shops. We felt safe & secure in this condo unit as well. The only complaint we have is the master bed mattress could use an update - very lumpy & sunk in, but we were able to sleep.

Girls trip
The property was clean and ready when we arrived. Easy check in and good communication. The TVs are somewhat complicated to use. The beds are just ok. The mattresses have the center high point indicative of lots of usage. Kitchen was well apportioned. Patio has comfortable furniture for sitting outside.

Very Clean, Great Location, Nice
My only comments: A few of the TVs didn’t work when we first arrived, the DISH cables were removed from the TV’s in the living-room and one of the front bedrooms. The toilet was hard to flush in the right bedroom as soon as you come in the front door. We will definitely reserve and stay in this condo again. Thanks,

Perfect family getaway
Our family all thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week for our vacation. We had 5 adults plus a toddler, who absolutely LOVED all of the amenities such as the pools, lazy river and water slide. We never had a problem finding a chair or a tube around the lazy river or pools and everything was clean & in great condition every day. All the staff at Phoenix West, especially the security guy that was always around, were so pleasant & friendly. Even our toddler was excited to see his “friend” every day around the pool area. The condo itself was spacious & nice with everything we needed including an under-counter icemaker! We loved all sitting out on the balcony and enjoying the beautiful views & liked that there was plenty of room for all of us. We can’t wait to come back again next year!

The place was nice
Internet sucked we couldn’t figure out how to get tv to work other then Roku internet was spotty and very slow no dust pan to pick up dirt extension cords running from lamp to the wall Iin the living room. I would say that is a tripping problem. But once again we had to make sure the kids didn’t go by there. The sheets in one bedroom were dirty someone from a different Phoenix got us clean sheets. I guess we didn’t come to play on our computers but the kids did and they were complaining all the time stomping their feet and crying that was a lot of fun. A/c and water going out was fun too. But besides that it was good

The condo was nice. At night you could hear the people upstairs. The exhaust fans in the master bathroom would turn on automatically. There are 29 floors and 4 elevators. So be prepared for lines. Especially during check in times and “rush hour” when people are coming in from the beach. That being said it can also make finding luggage carts harder during check in/ checkout times. Shopping and restaurants are close. Some trash on the beach. (Obviously that’s not a condo issue, just information).

Great place for kids and adults--very clean
we came for a family reunion and had a few condos among different groups of family. All the kids loved the lazy river and slide.... I think they wore it out! a very short walk to the beach with chairs available to rent. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Check in was a breeze--the only thing that caught me by surprise (maybe it was listed somewhere??) was that parking is purchased separate at $52 per car, which is kinda silly given the rate you're paying per night, but whatever. Just surprised me, as everywhere else we've stayed parking passes are included as part of rental. But everything was just great and very clean and homey feeling. Would definitely go back. Pool and grounds were clean, didnt see a speck of trash and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Our family had a great time here! The amenities were great and the location right on the beach was great!! Upstairs neighbor was super loud late at night and early in the morning but didn’t seem to bother the kids too much. Very kid friendly place!!

Awesome stay
Amazing location and fun for the whole family. It was a little more of a party atmosphere than we were prepared for (speakers playing loud music in the pool area, people floating the lazy river drinking beer), but it didn't take away from us having a good time. The condo wa ABSOLUTELY Beautiful. Only problem we encountered were the beds not being as comfortable as we expected. I couldn't get out the master bed or turn over with out the bed making alot of cracking noises. Overall I would still book this condo again next year.

A PERFECT vacation!!!
We will only stay at Phoenix West 606 in the future. Everything was perfect!! Our grandson was running through the condo screaming that it was even better than the pictures - And he was right!! We were impressed!
We booked this rental with short notice and it was a great option for our family! It was very clean and spacious and had a great water view. We were able to enjoy our time in the area and relax on the balcony and hear the beautiful ocean waves.

Loved the beach access. The condo was plenty of space. It was noisy though, you could hear every time someone upstairs moved.
