Pro: Kids friendly. They prepare kid slippers and there's a reading corner for kids in the first floor. Near Metro station, 2-3 mins working. 15-20mins to Namba or downtown area. The Room was spacious. I drove my baby stroller into the room[don't need to fold]. A convenience store is 1-2 mins working and the grocery store is on the other side of the road. For food options, there Coco curry and other BBQ Raman nearby Cons: A little bit old, the style, the carpet. but they clean it well. The laundry room has 4 wash and dry all-in-one machines. Their dry function is not powerful enough. Took me 1-2 hours to dry a medium load[4 rounds ].

Good hotel
Clean rooms and courteous staff. Location was also very close to the subway station. A good option if you’re staying in the East Osaka area.

What a great hotel to stay in that was right next to Nagata station.Also very convenient for Airport Bus stop was close across the road.As we were there for Rugby it was two stops from nearest station to stadium.Overall was brilliant place to stay.

Great stay! Stayed 4 nights in the end.
Great place to stay with very friendly hotel staff. We like the place because it offers smoking rooms, is well maintained and has lots of great amenities. Plus we like the area, which is not touristic. The subway is close to the hotel and there are some good places to eat around. We have this Richmond hotel definitely on the list for our next visit to Osaka!

Good value for money
Hotel rate is good and it comes with a great breakfast buffet and free flow of beverages from 2-10pm. However the room is rather small.

Hotel room is very clean and quite near to the train station. very accessible going to Osaka town area.

ホテルでの滞在時間が長い（14:00チェックイン11:00チェックアウト）のでゆったり出来ます。またお風呂とトイレは別になっているのが良かったです。

設備很好，很整潔，不過沒有支裝水，離心齋橋和道頓堀比較遠。如果自駕遊的話，很多時要走高速公路，收費比較貴。

このホテルは古いのか、部屋の床面とバスルームの段差が大きく、2度転倒しそうになったら。バリアーフリーと言う言葉が無かった頃にデザインされたのでしょうね。老人と小さな子供にはお薦め出来ません。 Had a tough time dealing with the huge difference of levels. Almost got hurt twice going to the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for elderly people or people with small children.

很棒的一家飯店！
是一家不錯的商務旅館，家庭旅遊也是很適合，我們一家五口兩大三小，選擇三人房，床算大夠睡，完全不覺得擁擠，不過因為三張單人床（兩張加大一張標準單人）床中間有縫隙，會比較難睡些也比較可能有東西掉落。飯店附近有一家大型賣場，購物超級方便。長田地鐵車站出站不遠就能到飯店，搭車算方便。早餐方面每天都有買朝食券，目前因疫情關係改成定時，餐點好吃美味！飲料吧提供飲料汽水。整體來說是非常不錯的一家飯店👍
