Sadly, this was the worst hotel I stayed in during a 2 week trip to Japan. Bedroom was unbelievably hot & noisy. Pj’s supplied were nylon type material. Breakfast was very limited & not possible to get hot tea, even if supplying own tea bag. Not possible to have lunch in the hotel. Staff not very helpful

Property was close to station and convenient. But rock hard beds and pillows made it hard to sleep. No coffee or black teabags supplied.

Convenient location about a 8-15min walk from Shin-Osaka station, easy access to convenience stores just outside the entrance of the hotel. Room size was small as expected, what was not expected were the black mold-like dots gracing the wall of our shower. The bathroom fan in our room was either not working or very weak as well. In the room itself, some of the light/ceiling fixtures could use a refresh as they had some sort of rust/mold on the casing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Spoke some English so no worries to travelers who don't know any Japanese.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's only a 5-min walk from Shin-Osaka station. The room we stayed at had a nice view of the city. It was also very clean and had daily housekeeping.

The location is convenient near by Shin Osaka station also walking distance. but little bit difficult to find the walking pass. I couldn't find the direction at the station. Hotel room is clean and big enough to stay myself to use business trip.

This hotel is very clean and ideally situated near Shin-Osaka station and the local JR lines as well as the Shinkansen tracks going east toward Tokyo and west toward Himeji and Hiroshima. The hotel is immaculate without being intimidating or snobbish. It has a wonderful feel. The staff is very conscientious but not everyone is proficient at English. Nevertheless we managed and had a fun time doing so. There is WiFi in the room but I did not use it. The bathroom is immaculate.

Close by the Station; clean and convenient
The best part about this hotel is it's proximity to the Train Station. Short walk. Easy to find. Convenience Store next door has an eating bar. Nice. Also had some good micro-brews in addition to the commercial junk everyone has. I would skip the hotel breakfast and grab something next door. The room was a typical Japanese businessman's digs; comfortable but cramped. Good value though and I would stay there again.

The lobby of the hotel was very nice. The double room was small, barely big enough for the bed. I understand that tings are smaller in Japan but this room barely had enough space to get past the bed. Only the hall light worked in the bedroom and when I tried to communicate with the hotel staff to get help no one would follow. They simply handed me a desk light. I was happy to have a light that should work until I find out that the ONLY wall outlet that worked in the room had my phone plugged into it. The bed was extremely hard and the pillows were just as uncoformatable. The AC in the room worked very poorly which was fortunate because my wife and I had to use the comforter as a pillow. I am very disappointed in my stay here and will not do so again.

Basic Hotel in Shin-Osaka
Thjis hotel was disappointing. it was not the most cramped room I have endured in Osaka, that accolade remains with the Hotel Granvia above Osaka Station. However, there was only 3 haangers on which to hang your clothes and no shelves, drawers or similar - meaning that one had to keep everything packed in your suitcase. I had concerns over cleanliness. I found 2 ladies hairclips on the floor with long black hair attached and when I put the clips on the 'desk' area, they were not removed after the next room service. I also found long black hair inside the bed-covers....must have been from the Chamber Maid and on another occasion on the bathroom floor. I was in a rush one morning and dropped some white cotton threads from a new shirt on the carpet - these were still there when I returned that night - clearly the carpet had not been brushed or vaccumed.
