The hotel and parking was not good. It is undergoing refurbishment, which did not help. The parking was incredibly difficult at times and we would not have booked had we realised how bad it was. Most of the staff were really helpful and the restaurant staff were really nice and we dined there most of the time, because despite the restaurant being very busy at times the staff were very attentive. The housekeeping was a little bit lacking at times, tea and coffee not replenished and hotel staff not having access to supplies. Towels not changed and bins not emptied, but the room was clean.

Best Western Hotel Hohenzollern
Very clean hotel, with a great breakfast bar. The room could be a bit stuffy at times, but at least you can open the window. Location is nice, near the train station. Parking could be tricky. There is limited parking and if there is no space, I don't see a close alternative.

A last minute booking for a overnight en route Paris to Copenhagen. A absolute pleasure and the best hotel we had in Europe. Excellent breakfast (dinner in restaurant not as good)

Advena hotel is average selling themselves as 4 star. Cleaners are great and reception team is kind of average and in some instances not nice at all. I definitely won't be booking advena hotel never again even though I visit osnabrueck 10 to 13 times annually.

Clean, comfortable and good location
Just stopped here the one night to break up a long train journey. Hotel is very convenient for the railway station, the bed was comfortable and the room spotlessly clean. We had an early train to catch so didn't sample the breakfast. The only thing that would put me off staying here again, was the lack of a kettle & tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Perfect location
Location is perfect in front of the main railway station and bus depot.The hotel is clean and the staff extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet is fresh and adequate. I would definitely stay here again.

90 degrees in the basement
The hotel was fine enough, nothing really good nor bad to say about it. I had a rooftop room with a view over the train station. The spa area was a very nice addition to an otherwise "fairly" cheap hotel. Two different saunas and a small swimming pool. Exceptionally nice breakfast (with a very friendly lady in charge). Although I only got this option when it was included on the weekend.

Nice hotel - Great location
Great location right across from the train station, yet the rooms were very quiet. The spa was enjoyable - although being American the nudity was a bit of a surprise for my wife :) The hotel is a pleasant 10 minute walk to the town center along a small river. The path is lit at night so you feel secure. Or you can just walk the city streets. We used the hotel as a basis for visiting Osnabrück's Christmas markets (there are several in the city) and others in the area.

Very nice hotel, right next to train station. Parking lot right behind hotel. Nice restaurant. Very clean room. Plenty of space. Staff was very accommodating. Walking distance to very neat town center. We needed a room close to the train station. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this little hotel was. I am picky; and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Short trip
We booked this hotel due to me not arriving in Osnabrueck until late and having to get the train relatively early the next day. I only really used the bed and shower on this occasion but have stayed before and used the pool and sauna facilities. Know Osnabrueck well and the location is perfect for things in walking distance as well as just a couple of bus stops from Neumarket (city centre). Good for relaxing weekend or somewhere to stay overnight if in need of the train.
