I would really just call this hotel average. It was in a good central location, but it wasn't that nice looking. Also, some guy on drugs slept in the hallway a couple doors down from my room. The hotel had a number that you could call security, but no phone in the room, so that didn't really help. My wife was a bit anxious all night. We told the front desk about it in the morning and they at least seemed concerned though.

Technologically advanced hotel. User-friendly options, multiple elevators which was very helpful and winding stairs that were easily navigable w/ luggage. Hotel security cameras were a great feature and the location in the city centre was very nice.

The hotel is located well within the city centre. However it seems still to be under construction. No breakfast available. Reception is hard to find, staff are not so helpful. Room was clean but poorly renovated.

Hello!Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were not pleased with your stay at Greenstar Oulu.You are correct that the hotel's location right in the city centre is excellent. The hotel is still under construction but we do our best to ensure that customers can stay here comfortably in the meantime. The renovation is nearly finished and we have just opened our reception to the first floor of the hotel where we are also serving breakfast. Our new signs ensure that the hotel is easy to find and the reception's new location is more visible and easy to access. We wish you happy holidays. Aamupala oli hyvästä tavarasta mutta valikoima todella niukka. Tuokatila ja respa ahtaita. Huoneessa olisi voinut olla joku jalkalamppu. Astiat piti ite tiskata.

Aamupala ei ollut kummoinen ja useampi ruoka oli jatkuvasti loppu. Lisäksi hotellihuone ei ollut siistissä kunnossa, tähän pitäisi paljon panostaa lisää

Oopperavieraat.
Loistava sijainti, ystävällinen vastaanotto palvelut, ainoat miinukset huoneessa voisi (425) hyödyntää pylvään takana olevaa nurkkausta laittamalla vaatereki yms. helpottaisi paljon vaatteiden säilytystä nykyinen koukku vessan vieressä on hieman hankala, sekä huone oli hieman kylmä vetoinen johtuneeko ilmastoinnista. Suosittelen sijainnin puolesta kyllä.

En yöpyisi uudestaan.
Helppo sisäänkirjautuminen automaatin kautta. Hyvä työpöytä työskentelyyn. Huone jokseenkin likainen, tahroja, huonekalut kuluneet ja 15v vanhan television kaukosäätimeen ei uskaltanut edes koskea. Äänieristys huono, viereisten huoneiden kolinat ja puhe kuuluivat pitkin yötä. Aamulla klo 7:30 aamupala piti syödä huoneessa, koska aamupala pöytiin ei mahtunut syömään.

Ett mycket bra hotell till ett rimligt pris, rent och snyggt, och inte minst mycket god service från personalen. Att Green Star dessutom är miljöcertifierat ger ett extra stort plus.
