The fully furnished basement features a double bedroom with its own half bath. There is also a full bath with a shower/tub combination. There is a living area with a space for a queen air mattress (included). The house will sleep 6 very comfortably but could easily sleep more if needed (up to 10) between sofas and open spaces with air mattresses.

The house is equipped free Wifi.

Outside, there are 2 decks off the back of the house with a large backyard. The top screened in deck features a ping pong table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook or entertain.
