Stated for 3 nights! The service was impeccable, the staff were friendly! The concierge team helped me surprise my sister and got everything down to a T. The food was delicious as well! 10/10 would recommend!

We had a good experience overall. Only suggest to have more security at the front of the building because each time we would go outside, there were people asking for money and we feltit was not safe.

Hilton never disappoints. this property is one of their best. Beautiful. Very well maintained. Plenty of options for dinning, entertainment and just sit and have a drink or coffee with the best view. Definitely recommended.

Hotel was OK, Concierge and Staff at entry was amazing also the waiter and crew at the NIBA restaurant and the pool area and restaurant. Housekeeping is a bit sub-bar for a Hotel of that category bottles at bathroom have literally not been refilled in 6 days The worst was the waiter at the The Sushi Bar an older gentleman who gave everyone the feel of not being welcome or beneath him we where the 2nd table getting up and leave as we all had the same experience the other table next to us literally smiled sorry for themself at us as they already received their drinks and where locked in we went to the NIBA instead and had an awesome evening there. If you stay at this Hilton do yourself a favor use the other Venues where the waiters will jumps thru hubes to make you happy.

I couldn’t sleep at all night on 11/25 Sat. Big dance music party on the right front of our hotel. Beat bum bum bum bum are loud even in the room….horrible… I should know if that event is there in advance, so I don’t stay this hotel. I ordered car service to the airport from hotel to airport a day before…, hotel forgot…bill doesn’t includes car service and I wait and paid by cash.

The room airconditioner wouldnt cool the room, it was so humid that my pills fell apart. The mini bar was extreemly expensive ($6 for a tiny bag of chips). Room service had undisclosed charges for room delivery. The USB charger onnthe desk was not operational, nor was the ice maker on the floor.

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Nice view of the city. Very clean and up to date amenities. Hilton Panama has this amazing scent throughout the entire hotel that I absolutely loved. Beds super comfortable. Room size was huge & really spacious. My room was cleaned to perfection. I felt safe my entire stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful even with the language barrier. Pool & jacuzzi was amazing. Loved the casino. I absolutely enjoyed my trip. Cons: Room was to dark more light fixtures should be added. It felt like I was going to bed in the day time. Shower door only covered half the shower so water would constantly spill out on to the floor which was a hassle. Other than that everything was perfect.

Overall, I liked the entire experience, the only cons I want to mention is I felt the A/C a little bit uncomfortable, the room felt like wet cold, maybe the humidity was high, I'm not sure. Everything else was Great!
