“let`s try another hotel”

“Not Impressed at all!”

Our room was way to different than the picture! The staff was very kind and helpfull The breakfast just to simple. The location is perfect to walk around downtown.

“a decent hotel in a vibrant location”

this hotel may not look like much by comparison to some of the others around it, but it offered a safe, clean and well appointed environment for my stay in the heart of the entertainment district. it has a bar, cafe, nice pool, in-room safe and a business center. the rate is reasonable, but not bargain, for the quality.

“Needs coffee”

I did not like the three oclock check in time. The last time I stayed there breakfast was included. Everything was extra this time. There was no coffee, refrigerator in the room. I do not like being nickeled and dimed for a cup of coffee in the morning. Other than coffee I had no problems with the hotel. Have stayed a few times. Had a slight problem with the room at check-in but it was quickly handled. Staff was very helpful Did not care about not having the free breakfast, but paying for a cup of coffee is not acceptable

My trip was recreational but the business I had need me in that district. Location for me this trip was perfect

Getting around

I go to Panama City often.. There are 2 types of taxis. Private ones which charge very high prices. The yellow ones on the street are cheap. Do not ask the price. Everyone I used I handed them $3.00, said gracias and got out and left. No one complained. No one has change. Carry lots of ones.

“Good for Business Travellers”

This is a good hotel with basic services in the business district. They have very few services for Tourists. Did not get complimentary breakfast as advertised.

The Business District is a good place to stay.

Must see

The canal and the Miraflores locks in particular. Colon is good for shopping. Taxi's are cheap but public transportation is not very good for getting around.

“Fine for the purpose”

The Hotel was clean and overall ok. The sourrounding neighbourhood did not allow for walking and shopping. The room was very small and rather "bare bones". The price did not reflect the type of room at all.

this was a cool hotel, no fuss no muss. basic but a good hotel for a place to crash and leave your bags while you travel around.

“Cheap, nice and clean hotel”

Nice place to stay, very clean and confortable. 20 minutes to/from airport.

Area recommendations

Old city is nice to know because it is very pintoresc but only during day light. at night the new or financial part is nice and safe.
