Close to the Metro

Posted Sep 19, 2014
It was in a great location, short walk to the Eiffel Tower and very close to the metro. No need for taxi or bus to any major tourist location. Friendly staff and lots of restaurants to choose from.

The staff was extremely rude

They charged me 99 euros for a roll-away bed (said it was free on their website) and they never even brought the roll-away bed up to our room. The receptionist was great at making Americans feel uncomfortable & I felt like I was taken advantage of. The only good thing about this place is their croissants.

On par for the price.

We stayed three nights and the hotel was nice. The staff made a few clerical errors that were pretty bad but our room was clean, had a nice little view if the tower and the hotel price was about what it should be I think.

Great area, good restaurants and shops nearby.

Pros: Friendly and convenient location
Cons: Iron and board would be handy
Location: Loads of cafes restaurants and shops around. Monoprix right next door. Metro and bus on the doorstep.
One of the best areas we,ve stayed in paris residential so good amenities nearby and across the street from the metro. Friendly staff spotless room clean towels very day even though we didn't request them. Small rooms but its Paris so space is at a premium !

Walking distance to Eiffel Tower

Cons: the price, a little expensive
Amazing little hotel within walking distance to Eiffel Tower. across from the metro stain but unfortunately it was under construction when we visited, so we had to take the metro from another stop. We didn't eat breakfast, but the room it was in looked pretty scary and the server was not friendly, it was also expensive, 12 euros. the rooms were decent size but the bathrooms were extremely small. spend a little extra money and get the room with the view, you won't regret it. will come back

Overall satisfied level. close to Eiffel tower.

Great location, very good hotel for a budget

Posted Aug 17, 2014
Art Hotel Eiffel is conveniently located across the street from a Metro stop where you can catch the 8 and 10 lines, which offer easy access to all parts of the city. A pleasant 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is clean, serves a buffet breakfast and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are small but if you're there to see the city and not spend the day in your room, you'll be fine.

a comfortable stay

We got a room on the 5th floor. It was a quiet and comfortable room. The hotel staffs were very kind. It would be better if they can provide a kettle in each room.

All around a great choice of hotel

Pros: Helpfulness of front desk staff, especially Athenais and a young black woman whose name I failed to get. Comfortable bed Location
Cons: Price of breakfast. Too pricey for what is provided. Refrigerator snores (see description)
Location: Right in the heart of the tourist attractions, especially the Eiffel Tower. Lots of places to eat nearby, but prices are very high.
Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Athenais, at the front desk, and a young black woman whose name I failed to get. Short walk to the Eiffel Tower, which was visible from our room window. One suggestion: if noises keep you from sleeping and you don't need the refrigerator then unplug it. It continually makes a noise that sounds similar to a person breathing or snoring. We thought it might just be OUR refrigerator, but our friend's refrigerator made the same noise, so it appears to be a characteristic of this refrigerator. The breakfast was pretty pricey and so we opted to go to the McDonalds on the corner. The department store across from the McDonalds also has a deli and a bakery that is reasonably priced. All in all a wonderful experience and we would stay there again.
