very bad room, weird stains on the carpet floor. Shower has no curtain so bathrrom floods easy, and there is a sign in the bathroom asking guests to not flood the bathroom. Only good thing is that the hotel is located steps away from a metro station.

The carpet in the room was dirty, the first night we didn't had any hot water and the kettle wasn't working at all. The good thing was the location of the hotel very convenient to take the metro and reach Paris in no time. The shopping center was also very convenient.

The carpet was unclean. The bathtub had some issues. There was noise at night so couldn’t sleep well. However, the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming.

The property is conveniently located at a train station, which was great as we were carrying a fair bit of luggage. However, I was disappointed at being charged more tourist tax than we’d expected. As for the room, it was bland and basic. The bed wasn’t overly comfortable, nor were the pillows. The toilet clogged easily and the shower screen was unsatisfactory, causing the bathroom to flood after each use. The staff however were helpful in the event that we needed anything during our stay.

Hotel doesn’t have a road to get to
The hotel is situated through a car parking , we drove 1 hour trying to get to it, we could see it but there was no road only a bridge next to it, we had to enter a parking lot which we did but where we had to press a button on an entry phone saying campanile hotel , the entry phone was broken so we couldn’t speak to anybody to help us , we had a very hard time and at the end we had to go and give up our booking and book elsewhere , I appreciate it was a non refundable booking but surely as we struggled trying to get to the hotel we should be able to get a refund or a free night elsewhere, it was no fault of mine but the hotel. I am furious , it never happened before and I had to pay another night in another hotel. NOT FAIR

I wouldn’t suggest anyone to stay there.
They took €30 from me just because of an adapter while giving me no receipt of the payment. They said, “Give us the adapter back when u leave the Hotel, and we will give your €30 back.” During the check out time, when I asked them about the money, they replied “show us the receipt”. They talked about their hotel policy and blah blah that really made me annoyed as I was about to miss my flight to London. The Manager took my number and email address ensuring that he will let me know what he can do for me. And unfortunately, he did nothing for me despite taking my contact details. Besides, they had no room service, which is not good at all with the price they usually take.

The hotel is just outside a metro station, but in a not so nice part of town. It is right next to a shopping center with a supermarket, pharmacy and several dinning options, including a McDonalds. It was very convenient as base for our Paris travels, but did not like the area outside. Would probably choose a different location in the future.

I don't understand it, but Everytime and takes two events together... There are empty rooms, but will put everyone together. I don't understand it, have 50 empty rooms, but will put next person right next to me. For housekeeping? You mean the ones that go up and down the halls anyway? Never mind the customers. Next part is that people are rude and unaware, as they talk (can hear through walls) and slam doors, always ruin the doors and slam them. Management seems to like that. Never again.

Great Location
If you need a clean place to stay, then this hotel may work. The price was reasonable. The location is fantastic. Very close to the Metro station, the supermarket, the restaurants, and the mall. The room was on the small side but it was clean and has everything we needed. The staff was nice, friendly, and very helpful. We showed up at 12 pm and they were able to give us a room.

We paid about 45euros/night for this price this was a fair deal for this price. Right in front of Galleini train station, so it was worth it. Property itself has bad and dirty carpet. Staff were great with check-in. The area around the hotel is not the nicest, this is why I mention the price I paid. For that price I think it was a great stay. You should not expect a wonderful stay for that price point, for our budget it met our expectations.

Good location but uncomfortable and poor service
The hotel had good location near train station however. The rooms were dark you can’t open the window for ventilation . There was not even one English speaking channel all in French . The food in the coffee shop for breakfast very ordinary and expensive for the range / variety . The beds were very hard . There was no direct driveway for the pick up services can park we had to walk across the train station to get in the van . Overall staff was not very helpful at all .

Get what you pay for. Arrived it’s at night had to walk a few blocks with May bags. Not a safe area. Hotel is right in a bus station and mall. At night not a great or well lit place. Got to hotel and they did. It have my reservation on file. Spent almost 2 hours trying to check in and finally they took my license hostage and double charged me and I am yet to find out if I got a refund on it. Communication was tough as I don’t speak French. Definitely never again. I learnt it’s better to pay the extra $50 for your safety and peace of mind.

Great Location. Proximity to metro station that takes you to the heart of Paris within a few minutes. Many eating joints and reseturants nearby. A big supermarket too along with a shopping mall that hosts McDonald's and Subway to cater to your needs. Much recommended.

Nice stay
They dont refill the body soap on the shower despite leaving it open., they do daily housekeeping and changing of towel which is great. The hotel is just in front of station which make it accesible to everywhere. Taxi are having hard time to pick yoy up at the hotel.

QQQ3838:: First, Ms. Chermaine in the front counter is wonderful, speak great English and be able to fit us to a good room that I were enjoy very much. Thanks again. The Hotel is very convenience. Located in the end of Subway Line 3 (Gallient Station) and about a Shopping Mall with a Supermarket. When you arrived CDG, ask for the bus 351 and the bus take you directly to the Hotel (Gallient). The ticket is Euro 2.10. Take about one hour. If you plan to stay in Paris for one week. Buy the weekly pass it is cost you Euro 30, but take note it is Monday to Sunday. Not 7 days from the day you buy. The only short points for this Hotel is Aircon is central unit with no control, in the hot day, the hotel offer extra fan. The last one is NO ice machine. If you need ice, you need to go to the bar and they only give you two little paper cups of ice. You can bring your own bag and ask for more. But it is kind of Ask, you knew what I mean. If you like breakfast included, should book it when you book the hotel. It is cheaper than pay later on. **There has Juicer. You can have fresh made juice. You just need to know how to use, if they can supply a bit ice there, then it is all Prefect.

Overall a decent experience at this hotel due to affordability. Travelled with wife and kid, and booked 3 bed room, which was pretty small. We were early, 10am, hence didn’t allow early checkin but provided luggage storage. Room cleanliness was ok. There is a Metro (M3) right in front of the hotel, with 30 mins ride to city center. The hotel is attached to a not-so-big shopping mall, with huge supermarket, few eatery options (McD, Subway, Kebab Place, Chinese Restaurant). Bad side – they don’t provide in room iron board. This need to be fetched from reception while paying €20 deposit. Room hair drier was not working, and despite reminding them twice, it was never fixed. Room was slightly warm due to summer, as there is neither AC nor fan in the room. We can’t open windows for ventilation. Reception acknowledged the issue, but no technician available to resolve it.
