Excellent layout of the room and great location.

Posted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: Space, location and comfort.
Cons: TV and movie selection in English.
Location: Walking distance to Latin Quarter, Patheon, Notre Dame, Museum d Orasy and the louvre and all else could be accessed by metro or bus.
A well designed room with excellent facilities in a very good location on the left bank of the river. Supermarket is nearby and good cafés abound. Free hot drinks and fruit in the lobby were a bonus. The only down side was the TV and movie channels in English were very limited.

Good hotel in a great location

Posted Jul 24, 2014
Pros: Good location in central Paris easy walking distance to Notre Dame, the Louvre and so on, close to a metro station so transport was easy, great staff.
Cons: It is a modern hotel and so lacks any real 'feel', rooms are Ok size wise but not large, otherwise nothing!
Location: Easy walking to Notre Dame, Louvre, Pantheon, lots of good bakeries and shops near by, close to a Metro station.
Good location on the left bank near Notre Dame and most of central Paris, close to a Metro station (about 100m so a bit of a walk but easy) and an RER station so works well. The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly and helpful which makes a big difference, lots of small shops in the area for breakfast and so on. The rooms were clean and good, small by some standards as we had four people but pretty much what you expect for Paris. The hotel is new and there is free coffee and water which is appreciated. We got a good price for this hotel as I image it would be expensive if you just showed up. So good location, clean and modern, excellent staff and for us good value for money.

Most helpful front desk in Paris.

Posted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: Very helpful front desk, unlike most Parisian hotels.
Location: Great Location
Stayed for one night with 2 children. Room was spacious for Europe and quiet. Not luxurious, but clean. Not sure if all are as big. We needed some help sorting out where to go and what to do. The front desk was extremely helpful, in fact better than many concierge we have had at other Paris hotels. They even helped us arrange all the details for our Disney departure the next day including buying our Disney passes online. Great location, big rooms for families and the most helpful front desk we have experienced in Paris. Thank you.

Excellent location and beautiful hotel

Posted Jul 20, 2014
We stayed here for 3 days in July - the air conditioning was magnificent and much needed, desk staff were super and very helpful. The rooms are beautifully equipped. Two minor downsides - the wifi access is painful and the staff that worked in the basement made the guests (us) know that it was their territory and we were in the wrong place. We would definitely stay there again and would try another citadine on the basis of our experience.

The best hotel in our last 3 visits to Paris!

Posted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: Room size & amenities.
Cons: Add a lounge and a restaurant. Provide DVD players (that work) for the rooms.
The room was incredibly spacious as Paris goes. Excellent location, facilities and staff support when we asked for it. Overall, as a family of four, we could not have asked for a better stay.

Great Apartment in central Paris

Posted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: Location and comfort.
Cons: I can't really think of anything.
Location: Its right on the Seine near the Pont Neuf bridge and so we were able to walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, the shops on Saint Germain, Champs-Elysees
We had a great time on our last trip to Paris and the apartment was key to the trip's success. It was centrally located and was very comfortable, clean and quiet. It met all of our needs in terms of being close to tourist attractions, finding places to eat, going running along the Seine. The kitchen was very useful as well. The gym looked good but we didn't have any time to use it.

Great location

Posted Jul 5, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: It would be nice to have more space but by the standards of Paris it was reasonably roomy
Location: the hotel is just in front of the Cite and in the heart of Quartier Latin
Perfect location makes accessible on foot almost any attraction in Paris. Quartier Latin is full of nice inexpensive restaurants. One nice asset of the Citadines is availability of a fully equipped kitchen in each appartment.

Great room!

Posted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: The size of the room was perfect for my husband and I. I really like having a small kitchen so we did not have to eat out for every meal.
Cons: The Elevator is a bit tight, and seems a bit shaky while going in-between floors.
Location: This is a great location! You're right on the Siene River, right across the river is The Lourve (Art Museum with the Mona Lisa) and Nortre Dame!
It was mine and my husband's first time in Paris, let alone in Europe. This hotel is in walking distance to The Louvre, Notre Dame, 30-40 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. Staff was really nice. Our outlet adapter broke, and we went down to ask if they had one we could borrow for the evening until we could find one the next day. The gentleman gave us one, and said we don't have to worry about giving it back (although we did).

Excellence in the heart of Paris

Posted Jun 27, 2014
Pros: Large spacious rooms with hot drinks available all day and view of the Seine, what is not to like?
Cons: Couldn't fault
Location: Overlooking the Seine, close walk to Notre Dame, Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, restaurants and cafes. Bus and train nearby to everything else in Paris.
This apartment hotel is the best I have stayed in. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a River view and what an experience! From excellent service behind the desk, to facilities and the room itself this hotel was outstanding. Overlooking the Seine, it is easy walking distance to the Louvre and Notre Dame, and backs onto St. Michel and St. Germain de Pres with all its cafes and galleries. Easy access to the airport as St. Michel is on the direct line to CDG and Orly airports.
