Excellent places beside metro and easily walkable from Gare du Nord. 25 min walk to Montmartre. Would go back for sure. Lots of little shops etc around for groceries, croissants etc.

This property is clean. Near the metro station and about 10-15 minutes walk from Gare Du Nord station. Not far from Galeries la Fayette. We couldn’t used the lift to get to the third floor for the entire time of our stay (not working), so we had to carry our luggage upstairs. Happy with the room very clean. And happy with the staff.

Nice hotel for what it is, no bells and whistles, very steep spiral staircase to the studio apartments, we didn’t mind that as we are young enough, but if your elderly this would not be ideal, rooms were cleaned regularly but the cleaning left a very strong chemical smell that lingered all day afterwards. Reception staff were nice and friendly, we were allowed to leave our suitcases in a locked room when we arrived several hours prior to check in without any hassle. The location is ok, lots of restaurants within 5-15 minutes walk and the train station is with a 10 minute walk.

Great location but felt scammed. I try to avoid bad reviews but think this could be helpful for others Was told elevator was going to be fixed “tomorrow” first day we came in and that i could get complimentary service. Elevator was broken for the wntore stay and see reviews saying its been broken for months, had to drag luggage up 5 flights. Things break which is fine but feel misled if its been broken for months and advertised as working. Free breakfast turns out to not be free. Found out halfway through my stay. Asked front deal about what he said and he pretended like it never happened. Cleaning staff and kitchen staff super friendly. Front desk staff not good. Not as clean as you’d imagine but its a 3 star so didn’t expect a ton.

Great hotel just 10 min walk from gard du nord train station, pleasant reception and breakfast room, lift to all floors, WiFi great and rooms are lovely - I had a upper deluxe room which I believe are slightly bigger. Newly decorated, large flat screen tv (only bbc news In English) kettle with coffees and teas, hairdryer in bathroom - no view as mine overlooked otger bedrooms but we were barely there so not an issue, air con and large windows … Not luxurious but definitely adequate for a short break Area around the hotel was great with a street full of bars, restaurants, shops etc and felt safe in the evening..

Hotel rooms are basic, but this is only a 3 star hotel and is very very clean. dining area is nice and fresh, plenty of choice for breakfast. nice polite helpful staff. Could really do with a small fridge in the room and a mirror in the bedroom as the only mirror available in our room was on the inside door of the bathroom so if someone is in the shower then you have no mirror to do hair and make up in - so would suggest a further mirror in the bedroom area. Beds were made everyday and towels changed. Beds, linen and pillows were really comfortable and we slept like babies. Really enjoyed our stay - would recommend. Reception staff, nice , helpful and friendly. Thank you a lovely stay.

Specifically, the shower in our room was missing part of the water stripping so everytime we showered the water ran out onto the floor. Quite small rooms.

Great place with a climb.
Really enjoy the place. We had a studio room and it was perfect for us. Only downside was the hike up the 4 floors of stairs. We normally take the stairs off this level but these stairs we extra special. If you have difficulty climbing stairs, this would be a deal breaker. We loved the location, across from a great coffee bakery shop. Less than 5 minutes from subway. It was great. Would stay here again for our next trip to Paris.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Paris La Fayette. The room was tiny and when we asked about a more spacious bathroom, they kindly upgraded us to an apartment. It was not exceptionally clean but was good. The small kitchen space had a bit of an odor, especially if you ran water in the kitchen. The location is awesome! It is a three-minute walk from the Metro with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The area felt safe enough and we appreciated that the hotel locked the doors late at night. I would recommend this hotel!

The hotel was very clean in all areas, the staff were very friendly and helpfull. Plus the hotel is very close to Gard du Nord. Breakfast was excellent for 10€. Luggage held after checkout for no charge Full english speaking staff on duty 24/7 Shower cubicle a little tight if you have a large frame.

The room was clean but the hotel felt very basic - more like a nice youth hostel than a real hotel. There was no wardrobe, no real hairdryer, paper cups, cheap bed which slipped around, some small holes in the sheets, frayed towels. The foyer and reception area is tiny and does not give a good first impression. If someone is talking at the desk, anyone else has to stand in the doorway that goes straight onto the street. I was surprised this has 3 stars. However, it was clean, fairly freshly decorated and had black-out blinds.

We had a lovely stay here. The hotel is in a great location - 10 minutes walk from Gare Du Nord and has plenty of restaurants, cafes and bakeries nearby. There is also a well stocked supermarket across the road. This area feels less touristy which is great. The room was fairly small but completely fine and as expected - it looked exactly like the photo so we knew this would be the case. The bathroom and bed linen were impeccably clean. Wonderful hot powerful shower. We had the best nights sleep due to the very effective blackout curtains and no road outside our window. The staff on the reception desk were helpful and friendly and even let us use their printer. We didn’t have breakfast or use the dining area but it looked well stocked and good value for money. Lots of space to sit with laptops or to read a book. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay in Paris

Thank you to team Hotel la Fayette! My daughter and I were made extremely comfortable throughout our stay. Davidi and his staff were welcoming and helped us with all our requirements. Location is spot on, metro link took us to all major sites, very regular including the buses. Hotel staff advised us with restaurant recommendations and always asked if we needed anything else. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Shower was hot with plenty of pressure. Conveniently located near metro and food establishments. Note that room was modern and updated, while hallways and other parts are not so updated--for me the rooms are what matters. We had a window to the street, which was nice for fresh air. The window didn't make a tight seal when closed, so I was concerned about noise, but we were so tired, and turned in pretty late and arose early, so I wasn't disturbed. I would stay again.

The hotel is extremely clean, all areas. Employees very helpful and pleasant. The room, like all hotels in Europe, is small; I was traveling alone and reserved the smaller room. which looked like the photo but without a chair. There was no room for it. Next time I'll reserve a bigger room. Breakfast was very good. Cold items but a nice selection. Wonderful baguettes, croissants, cereal, yogurt hard boil eggs etc. Good hot water and excellent pressure. Had a minor problem with the bathroom lite and it was fixed by the time I returned in the afternoon.

What a great hotel. This was about 200 feet from the Pigalle metro station. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Perfectly placed for exploration in and around the Montemare area. Economical price but fun place to stay. Staff spoke several languages including English. Quite well I might add.
