This property should not be on your list. It's only good points are that it is clean and in a good location. Facilities are almost non existent and the lighting is very dim. It's the kind of hotel you can't wait to get out of.

Stay away!
Stay away! I booked this hotel because it is close to the opera. I didn't realize that it was in the red light district, surrounded by sex shops and massage parlors. The room was dirty and smelled of disinfectant and other unknown but nasty odors. The door had obviously been repaired from being forced open, and the furniture consists of a plywood desk and 3 chairs that looked like they were bought second hand from a chinese restaraunt.

I was able to get 2 beds, air conditioning and a private bath. The staff is friendly, the room is clean and is close to transportation. There are good cafes that open for dinner at the end of the street. My first impression of the neighborhood was questionable as upon leaving the metro, there are sex shops but we felt safe.

MADE ME PAY DOUBLE/EXTRA 50 EUROS FOR 1 VISITOR!?
Terrible experience. I booked a double room. Checked in w/a very nice gentleman, however later that evening, when my local friend said he'd drive me to the airport 1st thing in the morning, we decided to pull an all-nighter at the hotel before we headed to the airport at 6am. The night front desk person REFUSED to let my friend head to my room with me. Huh? Is this a hostel? Is this a pay-by-the-hour place that makes you pay by person? Are you kidding me? The cost of the room was IDENTICAL for one or two persons. I happened to make my reservation quickly, and only add my name because I wasn't sure what plans would be later that evening. We went out went to dinner, then to a jazz show, and even at 2am when we returned, explaining that I was leaving for the airport at 6am. Nonetheless, the night front desk attendant made us pay 50 EUROS (basically double the cost of the room) for my friend to even walk to my front door. Outrageous. This is the negative stereotype you hear about Paris, about rudeness to tourists. I have traveled all over the world, I am an Orbitz platinum member as I have SO MANY hotel nights in any given year, but have never encountered anything such as this. Outrageous. Small and cramped otherwise as well. Would NOT return.

Cozy Hotel
I booked a three guest room. But this room is o.k. for two single beds. After the third bed added. You can't even open the bathroom door half way. Distance between wall to beds is about a foot wide, although the beds are clean. The only thing I can say good is the breakfast. Stay one night is o.k. to me.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL
Stayed for three nights. Booked double room at hotel back in October, when we arrived in march given twin room. Asked for a double room, was given what I assume was a family room 1 double 1 single bed right up in the roof of the hotel. Room reflected the staff and state of hotel namely couldn't be bothered to keep clean, appearance poor, paint over door handles etc. Obviously decorated by a two year old. Meant to be Tea and coffee facilities in room, but just a kettle. When asked for tea coffee milk told take from reception but no milk available. Building work going on outside our room on roof, thank god they didn't work weekends, but Monday morning our last morning was noisy. Meant to be a three star hotel, I wouldn't even give it one star. Breakfast was a joke, so cramped in the cellar where it is served you struggled to get to a table and no we are not fat people. Kept running out of cups, plates, orange juice, food. I can only assume the reason it was free is because nobody would pay for it. My advice would be DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL AND I SUGGEST HOTELS.COM REMOVE IT FROM THEIR LIST AS IT DOES NOT REFLECT WELL ON YOU AS A COMPANY OFFERING THIS AS A THREE STAR HOTEL.

Location is terrible, it is not close to anything, except only Moulin Rouge. Rooms are tiny, breakfast is too small, not a comfortable place at all. Only thing good is it is close to metro station.

The bathrooms are mouldy, the rooms are dusty and it's virtually in the red light district. Bed is stiff as a board. The staff are friendly, even if they aren't super helpful.

There was no free shuttle as indicated on the website The front desk staff were very helpful setting up transportation but I would have booked another hotel if i didn't see free shuttle. The free breakfast was really very good and rooms clean

hotel us OC high average standard.
The hotel is located in a good place nearby yo all facilities kjje metro, bus , restaurants etc. Staffs are very good and service oriented. The rooms are compartmentalized not that open. Break fast menus is too simple. Rooms WiFi is not good but lobby WiFi is good. Overall according go price its a good choice for over night stay.

The hotel was normal . You hear any noise become from toilet next door even when they have shower midnight . Breakfast was very poor . There were insects in the kitchen area and an insect was on the table. One of the cushions was really dirty and was had yellow area on one side .

Good basic hotel
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for a double room and were given one with 2 double beds which was fine but there was not much space for suitcases too! Basic, but a good base for sightseeing. Breakfast is in the basement and it was a bit cramped, but a reasonable selection of food was available. A good location near the Moulin Rouge, there is a metro station iwithin 5 min walk.

Small but great access to subway
The staff is the highlight of this hotel, very friendly and helpful. The downside for me was the room size and shower setup. Our room was very cramped with 16" between the beds and between the bed ends and the wall. The shower setup was uncomfortable to say the least. The wall mount for the handheld shower was 6" above the tub and there was no shower curtain. The included breakfast was nice, but not much of a selection and the breakfast space was very crowded.

Worst Hotel in this Area!
I went to this hotel after making reservation from Expedia. Just to make sure the reservation was confirmed, i called them 3 times. On the phone, some person who could barely speak english, took my name and told me my reservation was confirmed. But when i arrived at the hotel, the desk clerk told me my reservation was cancelled. I told him i called twice and asked for confirmation. He spent 30 mins on the phone with someone and then came back and told me "You made reservation with Expedia and not through the hotel itself." (exact words from the guy). "It is not my problem, call expedia to find out why the reservation is cancelled." After calling to make sure twice and they told me i had my reservation, they were unwilling to take any responsibility for their mistake. Their rooms were all full and they told me to go find another hotel and it was not his problem. I had heard about French people being rude to Americans but i just thought people were exaggerating, but now i saw it with my own eyes. I wouldnt have felt so bad, if i was travelling on my own, but i had my daughter with me and it was 10 o clock at night. Worst possible experience from these people. I was going to tell me daughter to study french, but now i changed my mind. I will teach her any other language other then french. I have never had such terrible experience in any other part of the world. Thankfully i found a decent hotel down the block, which was much more cleaner.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before. It is close to the Moulin Rouge, many restaurants and the Metro. It is easy to get to from Roissy-Charles De Gaulle by train to Gare du Nord and two short Metro rides to within a block and a half of the hotel. The room was ultra-quiet, the shower was ample with plenty of instant hot water, room heat/temperatrure control excellent. The room was about 12' x12' and good for one person. Continetal breakfast served everyday at 07:00. Mini-fridge and co9ffee make in the room. It is an old European hotel but not unlike others in Europe. There is an elevator, staff was friendly and speaks English.

Séjour d'une nuit
Après un court séjour d'une nuit en bonne compagnie de ma conjointe, nous avons eu l'occasion de dormir une nuit et de prendre notre petit déjeuner dans cet établissement. Points forts : - Amabilité du personnel - Disponibilités du personnel - Lit confortable - Lumières fonctionnel - Un bon plateau de courtoisie (le thé est bon) - Bon espace de rangement Points à améliorer : - Insonorisation entre les chambres - Douche (notamment le porte pommeau qui ne permettait pas de tenir correctement le pommeau) - Porte serviette un peu décroché - La vue sur le mur depuis la fenêtre - Escalier assez usé Sujet sensible: Absence de beurre demi-sel pour des bretons (petit déjeuner) Conclusion: Nous avons bien dormi durant notre séjour, il y a des points a améliorer comme dans chaque établissement, la force de cet établissement est le personnel qui se montre très serviable.
