Séjour agréablePosted Oct 21, 2014 on Hotels.com

Posted Oct 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
Läget var bra och receptionspersonalen mycket vänlig och hjälpsam. Rummet städades alldeles för sent, ibland inte klart förrän fram emot 17-tiden. Enbart handdusch och inget dusch draperi blev väldigt blött och tråkigt.

Bra beliggenhet, men vonde sengerPosted Oct 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
Hotellets beliggenhet er fantastisk bra. Men dessverre vonde senger, og akkurat passe servicenivå i resepsjonen.

thought got big beds but one was sofa bedPosted Sep 8, 2014
Spent a lot of time online to compare, in the end purposely booked the hotel as the beds looked proper in the picture. Travelling with husband, mum and baby so wanted either 2 big beds or 1 big bed 2 small ones and searched and booked for 4 people. When arrived the receptionist said 3 adults so gave us 1 big bed 1 sofa. I found out when walked into the room. Went back to reception to ask if she could change. Not only she argued immediately, but she also said things like 'have you ever been to paris?' She could have just said sorry the rooms are fully booked. Instead she scolded me non-stop which shocked me on the spot. Then she just walked way angrily leaving me standing there shocked. Having lived in France for one year, this service was still below expectation. Would not recommend the place. Don't want to remember this part either.

Good location but NOT accessiblePosted Sep 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
When you arrive at a hotel that is "accessible" and the first thing you have to do is get the wheelchair and your luggage up a step, you know you're not in the right place. Apparently they can set down a ramp off of a different door but that was never mentioned or offered until our last night there. The elevator is so tiny that the wheelchair had to be pushed with force to get in and out (the chair even tipped over once because it got stuck in the doors). We had to rearrange a few things in the "accessible" room just to make a path for the wheelchair and that was still a task to maneuver from the door to the bathroom. No pull cords or phone in the bath room in the event of an emergency. They provided a leather stool from the lobby seating area as a "shower chair". But at least they tried to provide something. The hotel staff was kind and welcoming. The building it's self was small but centrally located. I personally wouldn't stay here again, but if you don't have mobility issues and can move around the tiny room easily, then it's not that bad. Just your basic hotel room, no frills.

Fint lille hotel med perfekt beliggenhed, I gå afstand til blandt andet Notre Dame og Louvre. God service og pæn og velholdt hotel.
