Great hotel
We had a lovely stay as a family of 4. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were all really lovely and friendly, very helpful when we asked anything. Location was ok, couple nice restaurants near by and train/metro very close. Would stay again if we were to come back to Paris

Best experience in Paris
Great experience! All of the hotel staffs were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. I travel a lot for work all over Europe, the gentleman Hadi at the front desk was one of the best I have encountered. Convenient location- restaurant, metro, grocery store, Seine river across the street. Will definitely stay there again!

Super clean, incredible staff. Very quaint and beautifully renovated property. Perfect Boulangerie/Patisserie right next door with excellent healthy bowls, pastries, baguettes and coffee. And literally right across the street from the metro.

We enjoyed our three night stay. The hotel was perfect for accessing the Metro and a short walk to Gare de Lyon. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was very good for setting you up for the day.

Amazing service from Jean Francois!
Location is near the metro Quai station which makes it easy to go around. Amazing service from Jean-Francois who prepared breakfast even if we had to leave the hotel by 5am. He served me coffee while waiting for our ride to the airport. He is just love 😊 amazing service indeed!

Expedia check in time was written as noon. Told by unfriendly reception lady no rooms ready when we arrived just around noon. Came back a few hours and told again room not ready.

Very disappointed with the lack of service due to unforeseen circumstance during my trip. Unfortunately my flight to Paris was cancelled due to aircraft issue and both hotels.com and Mercure Paris hotel was not able to accommodate my situation. I had called right when the flight was cancelled and I just ended up losing the money and this has ruined my vacation. Will not book through both website and hotel anymore.

Good hotel
Decent hotel close to both Gare d’Austerlitz and Gate de Lyon. Also, located right across the street from the Metro. Very helpful staff. Only complaint was that we had ordered a room with two beds, but they gave us one. It took about 1/2 hour to solve the problem. Other than that, things were fine. Good price.

Nice staff, OK room for Paris standard/prices , Location OK if you are willing to take the subway, .....there is a very intense ugly artificial smell on the floor I was staying that made me feel nauseus whenever I took the elevetor. Hope it can be fixed or changed....besides those few seconds a day the rest was fine

Great hotel close to the arena which is why I chose it, only slight negative was that we felt the breakfast was quite expensive for what it was. Definitely not worth €18 pp. other than that, great stay.

A nice place, right in front of the metro station which is really convenient because the metro gives you access to virtually every place in Paris. We were happy with our room. one annoying detail is that they close the main gate and you need to use the bell which we didn't like because sometimes we had to wait outside (in the cold) for some one to answer ... and they weren't always quick to answer

Paris on a budget
Enjoyed the stay at this hotel close to metro train, shops, and the Seine river. Excellent staff who did all that was requested of them. Wish they would supply real cups and not plastic water cups for coffee. They did give us cups daily on asking, but the cleaners removed them daily also. Would recommend to all who want a budget stay near Paris.
