We had the warmest of welcomes when we arrived. The staff were so friendly and helpful they were great. Metros nearby, lovely quiet area. The hotel was immaculate, the bed was incredibly comfy , hard to get up in the morning. Decided to go for the breakfast, there’s a large selection from hot food to pastries, fruit , cereal just to name abut it was lovely. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel
Overall we had a great experience at the hotel. It is stylish and very clean. Keep in mind that there's no restaurant onsite and you may have an ugly view of the trains

Great Value, Lovely Staff, Good Locationn
Great location and a well run property. The rooms are admittedly small but that is not where you spend your time in Paris. Great Staff, Very good breakfast but it gets crowded so eat early. The garage a block away offers a discounted rate to hotel guests. Fri 3PM to Sun 3PM was about 58 Euros. Metro Close by

Although this is 4* hotel, total experience is average 3* hotel. 1 lift for whole 8 floors, which makes mornings traffic unbearable, no staff at the bar unless bringing somone from the reception, very narrow corridors, no two persons can go past each other.

We are aware that Parisian spaces can be tight, as perhaps can our hallway space. These corridors were designed by our architect to give maximum space in the rooms. The staff is very friendly and Paul at the front desk is very helpful. We are a family of 4, I booked two rooms and the two rooms just next to each other which is very convenient.

Good for short stays
The hotel was quite a mix of opinions from us, the hotel is a very good distance from all the tourist sites like the Arc de Triomphe and the Louvre if your happy to walk or just a €10 Uber away. The room itself looks nice however the lights don’t really do much and definitely need to be stronger, we also requested a queen bed but had twin beds and we asked these to be changed but this was not done, however the bed was extremely comfortable. The safe wasn’t working for our whole stay and we had requested this to be fixed but it was not done, also the carpet near the shower was wet when we came in. On the other hand the hotel staff were very polite and the foyer was very nice also. Good for a city break but may need some small fixes

Centrally located/easy access to metro. In a quiet neighborhood. Newly remodeled. Comfortable, large bed. Breakfast has a wide variety of things to choose from. Excellent service from staff. Rooms not soundproof as promised. I could hear others in the rooms next door and above me. They’re still remodeling on the 4th floor so no sleeping in during the week. Toiletries not always replenished. Mini bar is a mini fridge with one water bottle.

Perfect Stay
The hotel is perfectly located to visit Paris. Close to Villiers, Batignolles and Étoile you will really like this hotel. Especially as a family with Parc Monceau near. Service was great.

Rare et belle adresse à Paris
Bref séjour (1 nuit) mais excellent ! Hôtel cosy, confortable, agréable, aménagé et meublé avec goût, très propre, avec une bonne literie. Le petit-déjeuner est un bonheur, avec beaucoup de choix, tout était exquis, la qualité des produits est irréprochable, et la salle très plaisante. Beaucoup d'autres détails en font vraiment une superbe adresse à Paris (eau minérale offerte, plateau de courtoisie en chambre, petit-déjeuner servi jusqu'à 11h, départ jusqu'à 12h, qualité du personnel à l'accueil, etc.) dans un quartier très sympathique. Bref, nous le recommandons vivement ! Un hôtel dont on a envie d'être un "habitué"... Nous venons d'ailleurs d'y réserver de nouveau une chambre pour notre prochain week-end à Paris en janvier 2024 ! Hâte de retourner au Grand Hôtel Chicago !

J’ai réservé pour trois nuitées, mais malheureusement il y avait la grève de transport général donc j’ai été à la réception deux jours plutôt pour leur dire que je vais partir plutôt que prévue et que j’annule la dernière nuit, alors elle m’a répondu qu’elle ne sait rien faire pour moi et qu’elle ne sait pas me rembourser. Personnellement, je trouve ça pas normal. J’ai déjà eu auparavant la même Situation dans des autres établissements et ils m’ont remboursé sans hésitation.

Je pense qu'il y a eu un quiproquo lors de votre conversation avec nos équipes. en effet, après avoir vu avec la réception présente lors de votre séjour, j'ai peur de ne pas avoir été informée d'une demande de remboursement. Excellent hôtel ; chambre avec literie très confortable, salle de bain nickel, tout était parfait. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, rien à redire. J'ai déjà payé bien plus cher pour une prestation moins bonne. A recommander sans hésitation !

Estuvimos hospedados durante 4 días, de los cuales ninguno funcionó el elevador, nos tocó una habitación en el piso 5 así que ya se imaginaran la odisea día y noche para subir y bajar, a pesar que las personas del front desk nos ayudaron a bajar las maletas no debería de suceder esto en un buen hotel. Dos días no cambiaron las tazas y dejaron medio sucio. Si tienen coche este hotel no es el adecuado. Lo que me gustó fue el desayuno diario. La verdad no es hotel de 4 estrellas es de 3. Todavía tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad.

Estimada Pablo DanielPor primero, me gustaria, agradecerle por poner un 8/10, y entendemos perfectament su decepcionEl elevador no funcionaba, y todavia, y tenomos que esperar por entraga de piezas para repararlo. Para ayudar a nuestros clientes, tenemos personal mas para subir o bajar la maletas. Tambien traemos lo maximo para dar habitaciones en los pisos los mas bajatos. En las fechas possible, hemos aun cerrado el 7 y 8 pisos porque nos parece dificil de subir, aun sin maletas. La informacion a propocito de la limpieza fue una excepcion parece y hemos hecho un recordatorio a la criada, y como es una nueva, a nuestra gobernanza para tener cuidado al verificar las habitaciones.Un placer que el desayuno cumple con sus expectativas y esperamos haber la possibilidad de acogerle de nuevo con todos servicios funcional.Un saludo cordiale,Gilliane, Directora
