Staff are really friendly. Basic breakfast but of course we can't expect a lot for the price we paid. Indian manager is really rude. Next time I'll spend a little more to get a better night of sleep.

The property is in need of a mass deep cleaning. There was food left in between the mattress and box spring. The windows and glass doors looked like they’ve never been wiped. Upon check-in the man behind the desk was on a personal call the entire time. My companion and I had to figure out on our own where our room was. I understand that this a budget hotel, but I’d rather spend more to for a better experience elsewhere

Hotel was very, very outdated. Strong smells of smoke and chemical. Reviews had us worried about cleanliness but our room was clean enough. Guy at front desk was nice enough. Wouldn’t recommend.

The parking lot needs to be paved and there should be better servicing of the trash cans in front of front door area. Also it's time for a new ice machine by the front desk. Other than that the hotel was very clean the staff is very professional and I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Jersey. The room was always clean properly I always had plenty of towels and I think it's one of the best rooms in the hotel.

The staff was very courteous however the hotel didn't look anything like the advertising pictures. Very out dated and musty smelling. It ws so bad we checked out early and was told the only way to get refunded was to talk to Expedia

Pretty run down property. The rooms seem renovated and a little clean but facilities are so old. Carpets are really old and dirty. The bathroom doors have stains on it that I don’t know what it is.

Worst hotel experience ever. I never write reviews but this one is so disgusting and has the worst customer service ever. I only came here because it was the cheapest one in the area. I booked here 3 different times within two weeks and the first two times I was not required a deposit. The third time I added an additional day and they claimed I needed to pay a deposit and she was so rude and unprofessional about it. They don't maintain their rooms there's mold and stains throughout the room. I had a privacy sign on my door and they entered my room twice!!

The washer machine was broken. Garbage filled up all around the building. Could hear upstairs running and stomping every night. Bath tub had mold. Horrible customer service they seemed annoyed when I asked for items.

When I entered my room at 11pm, none of the lamps (2 bed and 2 desk lamps) were working. There was no light in the room. The smell in the room was unpleasant. The toilet was dirty and leaking water. It automatically flushed every 5-7 minutes, very noisy. I videotaped the conditions of the room and asked the front desk lady to switch a room. She said the hotel was outdated and it was normal customers had to fix things by themselves. She asked me to twist the switches patiently. I rejected her suggestions. She then refused to change room for me. She would order maintenance the next day. I told her I couldn’t stay in such a dark and dirty and noisy room. She suddenly started to yell at me, shouting shut up. I was so shocked by such an action. She then went to the back office and didn’t respond to me. Everything was caught on the cameras at the front desk. Days Inn’s Customer care was very sympathetic and helped me file a claim against this employee and suggested me to talk to the hotel manager. To my another surprise, this hotel manager lied under his own surveillance cameras. He claimed that the lady had never shouted at me. That was simply her speaking style. Come on, even a 3 year old can tell speaking and yelling. He also firmly denied that the lady shouted shut up. With such an unreasonable and smearing manager, it makes sense that there were such employees with terrible attitudes. Be very careful before you book this hotel!
