The room was something out of a terrible 80’s horror movie. The ceiling was crumbling, it appears the staff moved the bed away from the decaying ceiling… and left the headboard attached to the wall. Bathroom lights didn’t work. Heat didn’t work. It was so terrible it was almost comedic.

We checked and only stayed long enough to change clothes and make a rest stop. Checked out less than a hour after chec-in. Dirt-smeared glass doors in lobby entrance and lobby reeks of cheap smelling fake cinnamon candle (what's that covering up?) Place was filthy. Hairs on bathtub, stains on towels and pillowcases. Huge length of broken gutter hanging off the building. Some individials sitting outside of rooms with their doors open appear to live there. We decided we'd rather drive 4 hours home than stay another minute here. I have stayed a several economy hotels and motels that were luxurious compared to this place. Surprised Expedia allows bookings here.

Besides someone stealing my food that I ordered via door dash and the headboard collapsing from the wall while I was about to nap, the location is a reliable and cozy spot. I can’t wait for the pool to open up

The hotel is in shambles. The stairwell and halways are dirty, paint is chipped and faded. Obstacles in walkways, no water pressure, only 4 channels on tv. People doing drugs and fighting till all hours of the night....Lights onngazeebo malfunctioning and blink bright all night, stayed 3 nights got no sleep all 3 nights. No elevator. Floorninnroom dirty and cold...

Upon arrival, we immediately noticed to hotel looked run down. Once we were given our key and drove around the side to our room, we saw unsavory character hanging out in the parking lot, marijuana smoke everywhere, and police crime scene tape on the second floor balcony. We felt extremely unsafe. Immediately went and asked for a refund.

Room wasn't clean. Ceiling has severe water damage. Headboard off the wall and there was hair on the bathroom floor. Shower curtain had mold buildup.

Initial room they provided had tiles in the shower broken and knocked out, enabling view behind the wall. The lobby had a lot of gnats. The second room provided was ok.

Stay away from this hotel! The rooms were filthy, with stained carpets and musty-smelling bedding. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and it felt like they couldn't care less about our experience. The noise from other guests kept us up all night, and there was false advertising about breakfast which they did not offer and used an excuse saying the kitchen is down for maintenance . They they also advertised that this is a smoke free room, but there was a strong smell of cigarettes, Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to astay!

Blamed Expedia for the wrong bed assignment. Needed two beds and gave me one. Finally changed it after much back and forth. Told me I had to pay an extra $30 because I was towing a utility trailer and the parking lot was empty. I asked to be shown the policy in writing and the staff member could not furnish it and stated to pay and then handle with the manager tomorrow. I did not pay.

The place isn’t bad. When it rains large puddles do form inside the hallways leading to the rooms. The front motion censured sliding doors don’t fully close so when it is down pouring and with high winds you will still get sprits and hit. The vending machines do not take card. And you need singles. I only had a $5 bill and my card. The machine to breakdown large bills was out of order and I could not get anything from the vending machines and was forced to get DoorDash for water and juice. Which is ridiculous. Come prepared with food and drinks. Besides that the men who work reception are respectful and friendly. They do their best to make sure you receive the upmost customer service they can provide. The female was rude like which makes you just want to limit communications with the front desk. They give extra necessities with no issues. All in all I give it a 4/5 for this experience.

The first room had a broken toliet seat. The second room smelled like smoke in the sheets, the towels smelled and the TV remote didnt have batteries. The curtains looked like they haven't been cleaned in over a year. The handicap bar in the bath room was so dirty we had to clean it ourseleves. I will never stay here again.

Filthy everywhere except the lobby. Kitchen was closed for breakfast therefore no food. Cigarette and weed smoke everywhere. Rooms smell old and full of cigarette. Please do not stay here.

First room no tv works my daughter and grandaught stuck without tv at midnight change of room and the 2nd room tile broken my grandaughter almost got cut cause they fall one on her taking bath and unable to take bath no hot walter room stink..had to rush her out to another hotel...made complain with Expedia took fotos to report...need my money refundable..

It was pretty much what you would expect. Staff were very kind and friendly and beds were comfy. Dirty towels were left in the room and it was pretty dingy but overall nothing crazy.

Overnight Trip
Kind of a dumpy hotel. Toilet kept running, l had to shut it off, plus 2 lights out over the sink. Plave needs a update plus staff should know toilet is running and lights are out. Would not recommend only stay in a pinch not for more than one night
