great balcony/view!
The balcony is one of the best with an awesome wrap-around view. The unit is spacious and well equipped. The bedrooms are carpeted, and both could use a good cleaning. We were surprised that there is neither cable nor satellite TV so streaming apps will be needed if you want to watch live TV. The water was not drinkable - which is the fault of the municipality, not the owner - but plan to bring bottled water.

Beautiful beach and wonderful condo
The condo is secluded, it’s like your own private getaway. It is gated and you have a reserved parking spot. Was-mart is close by. The restaurants are great. The condo is spacious and clean. I have never stayed at a condo where the owner made sure to stock EVERYTHING!! Trash bags, laundry detergent, shampoo, paper towel, and much more. We saw dolphins everyday. The pool was great and the grills are gas, so we didn’t have to buy charcoal. Everything about this property was wonderful! Steps away from the beach and a secure, family friendly location for kids to run and parents to relax. We will definitely be back. We found our favorite vacation spot!!

The beach was so secluded and peaceful! Just what we were looking for but there are some cute shops and good places to eat when you feel like getting out. The condo was spacious and well stocked as well as clean. Will be back next fall!

Peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view
My husband and I rented this property for a quick getaway. We love the Mississippi coast! If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this place is it! The property is very secluded with its own private beach. The condo had everything we could have ever needed. It truly felt like we were staying in someone’s home…not a sterile rental. There are several excellent restaurants nearby. We will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was comfortable, clean, and well stocked with loads of extras. Having our own space in the parking garage parking was a big plus. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the wrap around balcony, and the close proximity to the beach right downstairs. This location is centrally located for many Gulf Coast opportunities. We will definitely be back.

Hidden Gem on Mississippi Gulf Shore
This property was beautiful - exactly as advertised. A perfect oasis for our mini spring break. There were at most 7 people on the entire beach the entire time we were there. The water was chilly, but the kids waded around, built sandcastles with the toys left in the condo, and laid out in the sun. The pool is beautiful, but is not heated (an earlier review said it was). The kids still swam around for awhile. The condo itself is very well decorated, a lot of room for everyone. The living area is perfect for movie nights with smart TVs throughout. The balcony is huge, wraparound. We sat out there and watched the sunset, the stars come out. Simply gorgeous! There are plenty of supplies, towels, coffee, and non-perishable food including wine and beer left in the condo, which was a nice added touch. :) we enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to be back again soon!

Thanksgiving at the Beach 2020
This property is beautiful, and well stocked is an understatement! My grandson enjoyed, looking for sand crabs, shark teeth, and football on the beach and my granddaughter enjoyed practicing her dance in the sand for upcoming Nutcracker performance. Lots of restaurants within 10 minute drive and the owner was very accommodating. A perfect home away from home. Looking forward to more visits for sure.

Condo and location were perfect! We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and very well equipped. Condo owner was very helpful and provided great information. Only minor comment is that the listing says the condo sleeps 6. I assume that includes the sofa and love seat in the living room. Neither appeared to be pull out sleepers. The love seat would be a little small for an adult to sleep on. Would probably be fine for a child. This was no problem for us since there were only 3. I highly recommend!

Went for a late summer birthday celebration and could not have been happier! Property owner sent us everything we needed and check in was as easy as walking in the unit. The condo was very spacious with high ceilings and the decor was like a magazine layout. The kitchen was so well stocked that little things I forgot were readily available. The pool area felt like a resort. The grills even had propane so we didn’t have to get coals and wait hours to heat them up and cook. The wrap around balcony allowed for full beach view and sun setting view. Will definitely return.

Love it.
Everything is perfect. Clean and all you need for a weeks stay. It is a good place for retirees, grandparents with kids and grandkids. For young people looking for a wild time this is not the place to rent. The location is out of the way but that's why we like it. You have easy access to small towns which what we like to do. Bay St. Louis is also a lovely town to hang our in.

The condo was very nice and the secluded beach was beautiful and relaxing. The only thing that makes this a 4 star rating instead of 5 is that the water in the condo is quite bad, which we were told was the fault of a poor water system in Pass Christian. The water smelled like rotten eggs, so we used lots of bottled water. I would recommend bringing extra bottled water. Other than that, it was a perfect girls retreat and I would highly recommend it for a quiet getaway.

Perfect condo for sunrise and sunset viewing from the balcony! Complex was extremely clean, private and well-maintained. Low stress check in and check out. Tons of extras included (games, binoculars, telescope, beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels.) Kitchen was well-stocked and included all needed cooking utensils. Paper products (toilet paper/ paper towels) and detergents were also provided. Will definitely rent from Ryan Condos again!

The space, decor, and all the amenities were great! The view from the balcony to greet you every morning was spectacular. John was very communicative and even called to make sure everything was ok! The location is about a hour from New Orleans, a couple minutes to Pass Christian and about 25 minutes from Biloxi! Would love to go back again some day!

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location
This is our second time staying in this 3rd floor, ocean view condo. We liked it so much the first time 6 years ago, we saved the information about the unit, and when we planned a return to the Mississippi Gulf Coast this year, this condo was our first choice. The furnishings are modern and comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked for those of us who cook our own meals most of the time, and the access to the beach can't be beat. We've stayed in over a dozen condos through VRBO all around the country over the past 6 years, and this condo (and the owner) is rated top-notch in our book.

Our stay was a slice of paradise
The iInn By The Sea was beautiful the condo complex was beautiful so well maintained and the staff was great. Our unit was #731 had an outstanding view from the wrap around balconies. The owner John Ryan has his condo stocked so well you will want for nothing. The setting is gorgeous we were either in the pool or ocean swimming and shelling to our hearts content. We will definitely plan another vacation here and preferably with same condo and owners.

Enjoyed staying on Henderson Point for several weeks. Condo was the perfect size and nicely appointed. View was fantastic with easy access to the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Weather was fantastic and above normal most of the time we were there. Gave it 4 stars because some furniture could be updated. Private parking and secure access were a plus.

Exactly what we were looking for
There was nothing left to be desired with this rental. The owner has provided an exceptional property and thought of everything. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. W"Inn" by the sea!
Amazing! Condo was perfectly decorated and had everything we needed during our stay. Area is beautiful and everyone was so friendly. While we were there we had the beach to ourselves...just our kind of vacation! Pass Christian is a rare find...I'd rank this as one of our most relaxing vacations. We spent one day in New Orleans, which was great, but I couldn't wait to get back to the beach and the Inn by the Sea. It truly is the only property directly on the beach in the area...I checked. Great Condo, Great Location, Great Everything!
We chose a condo at Inn by the Sea because we wanted to be on the beach. By on the beach, I mean on the beach, not across Highway 90 like all of the other condos we looked at before selecting John's. John's condo was, in a word, fantastic! It was a corner unit on the 3rd floor with a wrap around balcony that allowed you to view both the sunrise and sunset each day. It was clean and well-maintained and the listing description was spot on. John even had multiple sets of telescopes and binoculars for birdwatching. The condo itself was very nicely appointed and you truly did not need to bring anything with you. This was our first time going to the Mississippi Gulf Coast and this break was more about taking some time to unwind from a book that I am working on than it was to be partying every day and evening. We much preferred the laid back atmosphere of Bay St. Louis and Waveland to the hustle and bustle of Gulfport and Biloxi. The condo's location was perfect for that too as it was very close to Bay St. Louis! John was very helpful both before and during our stay. He sent all the detailed information we needed about the property as well as some recommendations on places to go and where to eat. He also phoned us to make sure everything was as expected. If you want a great place to stay, right on the beach, I really don't think you can go wrong by choosing this property!

Going to the Gulf? Stay Here!
Stayed with my wife over Labor Day weekend 2016. This condo is fantastic! Huge wrap-around deck overlooking the gulf and the pool. The 2 bedroom condo is stocked with everything you will need. The pool and grounds are the cleanest I have ever seen. The owner even called to make sure everything was going good. I would recommend this to anyone!

Beautiful Place
Our family (3 adults) spent a week here. The property is gated and felt very safe. The condo itself was beautiful and very well maintained. We loved the furnishings! We stayed in a corner unit, so we had a wrap-around balcony overlooking the stunning pool area as well as the completely uncrowded beach. The owner provided beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella for our use. He also provided detailed information about the area and its history; information about the condo; suggestions for day trips, things to do and places to eat. He also called to check in with us after we arrived to make sure everything was ok. We didn't have any problems at all during our stay, but I feel sure that he would have been very attentive if we had needed his assistance. The Pass Christian and Bay St Louis areas have a small town feel....no traffic, no noise, friendly people. There are beautiful homes and large oak trees everywhere. You can definitely still see the lingering affects of Hurricane Katrina, but there has been an impressive rebuild. This would be a great place to take bikes, as it would be an easy ride into either Bay St Louis or the downtown area of Pass Christian. We were looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. This was the perfect spot!
