Run-down, very overpriced and full of tour groups who enjoy smoking and being rude. Rooms are worth 300B a night. Checkout at 10am which was a good thing as you want to get out of there! Hotel main entrance door held open with a concrete block: sign of a quality hotel… Kettle in room was also rusty inside. If you want a hotel similar to the Crystal Palace from Breaking Bad then you’ve come to the right place!

It was a very beautiful great location great buffet at breakfast 5 Minutes from the beach Entire staff of the hotel was wonderful the phone dies very great people speak many languages I highly recommend this place

Ok except for other guests.
Hotel was full of Indian guests who would stare rudely at my girlfriend. She did not feel safe.

Good location, lots of activities/shopping within walking distance. Happy with the rate. Good value Decore is a bit run down. Needs a spruce up to be more modern. Pool was fantastic. Very clean. Most staff could speak english, & were very courteous & helpful

Swimming pool staff too rude , they selling swimming custums ,@250thb If u have ur own they r not allowed to swim either its same as per standerd Reception staffs Behevior is not good they r shouting on customers , if u ask any thing they say to contact ur agency A C was not good, toilet flus not working , cleaning not 24hours Overall it's fit for Expedia Thanks

Tour group only more budget than star. over rated
Room, old linen, not thick curtains, very noisy at night guests as the market seemed to be more for bus tour groups. The food - nothing refilled on the trays after 8.30 - so choice dropped once you got there aftre that. Not nice food for the cost of the room and food. Over priced - copompared to the attached Grand Bella -- same price if prior booked but better value, better services - not rested, not suited for the older traveller - pictures looked good - reality was different. Linen worn, towels worn, bathroom old, bed like a rock. reception had two staff on check in - and a bus load arrived, departing was also long as there was a bus load checking out - again two staff.

hotel mostly catered to Indian group tours
Loud and noisy Indian group tours going in and out all day and night. Door slamming. Yelling at each other. No room insulation. Not for individual travelers. Maid service is mainly tied up on quick turnover of rooms for the next group of package tours. Don't expect to go out in the morning and have your room ready when you return in the afternoon. The maids are still trying to take care of the tour groups' rooms. Individual travelers are ignored.

Ok for budget traveller
Overall stay was ok. Pattaya Beach, Central Festival, Walking Street, Pattaya Night Bazaar is about 10-15mins walking distance from the Hotel. Nearby to convenience store i.e. 7-Eleven. Rooms are clean, however the conditions of the room requires some renovation. The room wall is non-sound proof as you will hear lots of noises from the other rooms such as banging of doors, moving chairs, people talking & walking in the corridor, especially late in the night and early in the morning. Would not recommend this hotel for light-sleepers. Otherwise, it is good for budget travellers.

Overall Nice Experience!!!
It was a nice stay and as the tour was unplanned so had a difficulty in booking the rooms. After booking the hotel rooms from Expedia, we got the keys after 3 hours, after that had a great time. Staffs were good and rooms were clean and hygienic.

The hotel does not meet the hype on the Internet.they put knew doors on the rooms to allow for key card entry, everything else is a bit run down, the bathroom was not of great comfort, good water pressure, but the shower was hand held, and would not reach the holder for hands free. The tub was an insert. That felt like you were going to step through it...they should post signs to keep other guests from being so noisy, or at least to respect other guests that are trying to sleep, both nights I was there, throngs of Indian guests were cavorting in the halls, when they could have done so in there rooms, partying in the halls till 4-5 in the morning is not my idea of a holiday, especially when I am paying for the room, it is not behavior I do, and I certainly don't want to stay where this is tolerated...aside from the negatives the breakfast was surprisingly good, offering a good variety, I did enjoy the Indian food as well..i would give this hotel a pass in the future.
