It was a lovely hotel spotlessly clean, lovely pool and gym the only down side was we were on the 3rd floor and the staircase realy could have done with a handrail, my wife made us move to a ground floor suite so there was no stairs to climb. something for the hotel to think about

The staff was very friendly. It looked very clean. A little outdated and small. Good sized balcony overlooking the pool. Pool was cold as there is coverings above it. No elevator, but only 3 floors so not a big deal. Cons: cockroaches in the room, our bed was very uncomfortable, anything entertaining is a couple miles away, so either walk or get a grab. The toilet would not flush. You do exit in an alley, but we did not feel unsafe, just a bit smelly in places. We ended up cutting our time here short and got by the beach for about the same price.

November 2018 Double D
I accidently crashed a chair near pool, but staff said it's okay, no compensation needed, Am I OK? The room was nice, housing each day, fresh water and drinks each day. We've stayed for 2 weeks, the location was really remote from all activities, but it was my bad. WiFi of decent quality. No bad words about hotel/staff.

Staff is good and location is ok. The bed is a box spring, not a mattress and incredibly hard and uncomfortable and for that reason I would not stay again.

Quiet hotel, decent stay w/bowls and silverware and microwave. There were a few things broke in the room, like a towel rack in the bathroom just resting on floor, headboard with holes punched through. No pool towels. The young woman at reception was rude, even though we presented no problems and were friendly.

A Pleasant Return
I came back again and again was satisfied. I had not noticed before, that the gym is actually extends on both ends of the pool, and it has many machines for a good workout. Breakfast is now served in room, but could use a little more variety. Staff is always kind and helpful. Recommended.

Overall satisfactory experience.
Location: Hotel is located 4-5 kms from the walking-street(beach road) of Pattaya, the Taxi driver will ask you to pay ฿250-300 for one side transfer(but you can negotiate, ฿150 would be the idea price you can pay). There are no Indian restaurants nearby i.e NO Vegetarian food. Hotel Staff: They always pretend they don't understand the English.(but they actually do only when they are willing to understand). The guy who does a night duty is quite friendly but all other people are very arrogant. They are not willing to listen to you even if you are giving them suggestions. The Lady sitting at reception is very unfriendly, she is always in a bad mood. I tried asking her regarding different locations nearby to which she always said "NO". The only word they say is "NO" Rooms: They were very well maintained. Nice perfume, very clean. The pool is really cool. Everything about the room was perfect! Overall, if you wish to stay in your own(pool, tv, room, shower) then its fine. Otherwise, if you wish to discover places nearby hotel or expecting a freindly behaviour from staff then you are at a wrong place.

Unexpectedly delightful
This quaint little boutique hotel completely exceeded my expectations. It is a newer place away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of Pattaya. It can be a little confusing to find as the main lobby and the actual rooms are in two separate buildings. The young lady working at the front desk was so friendly and professional. She had decent English skills as well. My group had booked 3 rooms and she handled all of the check in with ease. We booked this thinking it was a nice, 2-star boutique for a really reasonable price. We ended up with something closer to a 3+ or 4 star hotel. I've stayed at many hotels throughout Thailand and this was probably the best in terms of quality and value for your money. The room itself is divided into three parts plus a bathroom. When you first walk in you have a mini kitchen area with stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and dishes. To the right is the bathroom. It has your standard sink, toilet, and toilet paper depository can (Most Thai sewer systems can't handle toilet paper). The shower had both your standard shower head on a hose (I'm 196cm and the head was docked above that) and a rainfall head. Each room had its own water heater for the shower; if for some reason you need it. Little wonky to have a shampoo/soap dispenser in there, but it's provided for you. The bedroom itself has a comfortable bed (beds in Thailand are always on the firm side), AC, two chairs, and a TV. They bring breakfast to your room if you ordered it.

I enjoyed the coffee shop across the street. Had a cold while I was there so spent most of the day reading in the cafe. Super comfortable couches and the staff let me read all day and order food and tea when I was hungry. The hotel is located very far from the city. To get to the city, turn right when exiting the front office and walk to the main road, Sukhumvit Road. You can get a motorcycle taxi (100 Baht) or walk across to the other side of Sukhumvit Road using the overhead walkway (on the left) and take one of the truck taxis (20 Baht). Car taxis are about 300-400 Baht. From the hotel walking to Sukhumvit Road, there are small local restaurants on the right side of the street. If you want to go grocery shopping, I think there is a Tesco off Sukhumvit Road. (turn left when you get to the main road - down a side street - I saw a Tesco sign but didn't go). Would be good if the hotel staff learns their own neighborhood as they really couldn't make recommendations such as the coffee shop, Tesco, etc

The hotel itself is quite nice. I think these are new owners and they are working on making improvements still. The building itself is nice. The rooms are in good shape and clean. My only real complaint is the matresses are as cheap and lacking as I have ever slept on! You can actually feel each individual spring under you as you move from one to another! I wish hotels would stop going so cheap on this item! The WiFi went out and there didn't seem to be much importance on this fix. True WiFi is not the most important thing but if you need it to pay your bills back home, it becomes important! The restaurant was a nice small on site place. Food was good but the portions seemed small, but maybe that is not a bad thing nowadays! The prices in the restaurant were about as good as you are going to find! Very reasonable and quality was very high for what you are asked to pay!A++ It's a very nice hotel with a nice pool, nice small onsite restaurant in a location that is a bit out of the mainstream, and a bit difficult to get to with the construction. That should improve. To be honest you can navigate it fairly easily once you have your bearings. A little walk over the footbridge and around the corner you will get a tuktuk to the main shopping, beach areas cheap. Coming back especially at night you will need to hire a taxi as very few tuk tuks are going in that direction. If you normally rent a motorbike you are set. A taxi ride from beach, shopping area should cost you 300 Baht.

Friendly staff with nice pool and gym. Quiet area, other than the rooster. Kitchenette was great to have. Close to lots of massage parlours and grocery shopping, but it's too far to walk to downtown or the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Inconvenient Location
Have to admit that the high ratings (across the webistes) for the hotel are kind of surprising. It is a very solid budget class hotel - and they certainly try hard to deliver - but seems strange to come all this way and end up so far from the beach and Pattaya 'action'. Also given the local prices, great accommodation can be found more centrally and without the added cost and time of transport. The hotel should really only be considered by those who have, or intend to have, local transport (including a motorbike).
