“Beautiful part of the country”

This is a good place to stay if you are visiting the area - sightseeing etc. Hotel was clean, breakfast buffet was good and staff was friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the hotel can be difficult to get to - but found that the whole area is that way.

“Boston Trip”

We enjoyed the stay. Food was excellent. The staff was great, especially Dawn. Warning, when looking for the entrance, go slow. It comes up fast!

“Temporary home away from home”

The buffet breakfast was great. There where more than enough choices for the pickiest of eaters. Staff was very courteous and helpful( people of Massachusetts are not considered to be these things). I will definitely stay here again if I needed to.

Great hotel at a good price and location. Minutes from Salem, Boston and shopping. Hotel offers room capacity for 5 which is hard to find. Good breakfast buffet included which is always a plus! Would book there again!

“Clean, Modern Hotel”

The hotel was perfect. Location on a main highway to Boston. No views but convenient. Staff was friendly, hot breakfast, pool and the Wall Street Journal.

I stayed here during a weekend visit to Salem, Ma and got a decent deal thru Expedia at this hotel.Which this hotel was maybe 15 mins away from Salem.The front desk was always pleasant,& the cleaning staff did a good job with the room.Plenty of info to offer & pamphlets in the lobby for the halloween activities going on, as well as other hotspots in the New England area.The breakfast provided was adequate,your typical continental breakfast.No room service,but there are plenty of fast food & chain restaurants along the strip the hotel is on.There are also a few delivery spots that come to your room to deliver food as well.My only 2 gripes are:1) if you miss the entrance to pull into the hotel parking lot, you're going to have to drive just over a mile to catch a loop around to come all the way back & eventually come around again to find the entrance.Make sure you bring a GPS if you're not familiar with the area.2)You get a parking slip to place on your dash,so they hotel knows you belong there, but they also let it be known that there have been car thefts & break in's recently so be aware of this & the hotel will not be responsible for anything that happens.I noticed around 11pm an employee checking cars,so that was comforting, but I had no issue with any vandals or theft.The area doesn't lead you to believe you're in a bad neighborhood.Either way I'll definitely be back the next time I come to visit Salem, Ma which was a great little town with lots of spooky fun!

“Best experience we have ever had.”

I would highly recommend this hotel. Our travel plans were based on visiting Salem, MA in Oct. and the staff at this hotel was extremely helpful with directions and suggestions. Our room was perfect, the complimentary breakfast was the best we have ever encountered, and all of our needs and concerns were taken care of immediately. If we ever make the trip again from PA we will, without a doubt, plan on staying at this hotel.
