Great place in a perfect location.
Fantastic experience! Loved the hotel vibes - built in and around nature.
The rooms are beautiful, simple, and very clean , have everything you need.
There is yoga and breakfast every morning, both of which are fantastic.
Every staff member is genuine and so kind.
Absolutely amazing service and food. I felt very comfortable and relax during my stay.

Beautiful property, rooms were very nice and modern, the AC however was struggling to keep up in the room, as well as in the buffets and the specialty restaurants. The lazy river was awesome, the coffee shop was agreat addition. The property had a lot of wildlife from coatis to raccoons and monkeys. The two pools were nice, but some of the tiles were missing. We really enjoyed the pool surrounded by trees as it was offering shade from the sun. The other pool closed to the breakfast buffet and the steakhouse restaurant was really exposed to the sun, on the other side it had a nice bar. The beach was nice but there were a lot of seaweeds, even though they were cleaning it every morning. On the bright side there was a little cove that had a lot of fish swimming. There are two hotels in the resort, one of them was being renovated, there was some noise but did not bothered us. Staff was very friendly.
