Nice hotel in a great location.

Posted May 21, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Glasses instead of paper cups in the rooms. The paper cups leaked quickly
Location: The location was near public transportation and within walking distance of the historical sites.
Hotel was very nice and within walking distance to the historical sites. The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. The concierge staff provided excellent directions and restaurant suggestions. The room was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was excellent in the hotel restaurant.

Location was convenient but very busy and noisy. Reading Terminal Market is right there which is good and bad. Really fun to go there but the smells are all around you too. The hotel was fine but not exceptional by any means.

Perfect for Convention Center event attendees.

Posted May 15, 2015
Pros: Location, indoor pool, and hot tub.
Cons: More cream & sugar for in room coffee. More than two (2) towel sets in a 2 bed room that is booked for three or more adults. Do the math.
Location: Reading Terminal Market and the Gallery at Market East should NOT be missed, and provides everything you might need or want.
We stayed the night before a Philadelphia Convention Center early morning event, and it was practically perfect in every way. The indoor pool and hot tub was open till 11 pm, and helped us relax enough to sleep well, and awake refreshed. No shortage of eateries or libations in the immediate area, and once you've parked the car, no worries about reaching lots of things on foot. We'll probably expand our trip to 2 nights next year!

Pros: Location right across from convention center
Cons: Parking, garage, elevator
Location: Terminal market, china town, philadelphia convention center
Great location to experience downtown philly. If attending comic con, right across from the convention center. Staff was friendly and helpful but very busy. Room was clean and nice.

Convenient location in Philadelphia

Posted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: good location for all of our activities for the two days we were there.
Cons: quicker check in. Seeing that we had already checked in all we wanted was our keys and luggage, felt it was not necessary for us to have to wait
Location: Close to national treasures including liberty bell.
There were four in our party and we had booked two rooms. Arrived early and were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel. Staff told us they would call when we could get into our rooms. Didn't get a call until after 4:00 and when we got to the hotel had to wait forever to get our key and luggage. Didn't get into our room until close to 5:15. Room was clean. However, I have stayed at other Hilton Gardens and this wasn't as nice. restaurant was on the 10th floor and per staff wasn't available due to a large party booked there. Thankfully, we had made other plans for the evening but felt that was unacceptable if you actually didn't have plans and wanted to stay in the hotel.

Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: Very convenient.
Cons: keep the water in the indoor pool clear.
Location: Chinatown, shopping, and the Convention Center.
A lot of college kids staying at the hotel this weekend. The water in the indoor pool wasn't clear. The restaurant staff are great. The sink and bathtub were clogged.
