My bill was overcharged by approximately $500 and on top of that I have another pending $452.99. Calling corporate now to try to get resolved as I called the hotel and received little assistance. Absolutely terrible. Experience at the Landings restaurant, absolutely terrible. We went Saturday evening and just wanted to grab a bite to eat, the time between getting our food and checking out over 2 hours!!! I don't know what is going on with this hotel but it definitely needs some help.

Facility is close to the airport but not much else, you need to Uber to tourist parts. The hotel was fine but might not be best if you want the tourist parts of Philly although it was still cheaper than downtown.

Was a good quiet spot. When checking in i was double billed by an error. The accounting manager met with me right away and fixed the error and for the mistake gave me free parking for the 5 nights. Great customer service. Nice hotel.

When you first walk in you are helped with your bag by an amazing security guy and then welcomed at check in with warm cookies!!! No matter what staff member you encountered from the shuttle driver to the security person to the front desk team to the cleaners everyone had a smile on their face and made you feel welcome. It was my son's and my 1st trip away and no matter how busy the hotel was on wrestlemania weekend they were always there to help and make you feel at home. Amazing stay with amazing people!!!

It’s nice that the hotel is close by the airport and stadiums. The only complaint I have is no refrigerator for us during our stay and supplies wasn’t left for us when they would clean our room such as coffee, cups, and even toilet paper.

Was really close and convenient to all the Wrestlemania events! Staff was super friendly.
Lack of a mini fridge in the room was a bit of an inconvenience. Couldn’t get my Roku to connect to the room’s tv.

Staff was excellent however the overall room was not. Bathrooms were not clean, you could hear people from the room next to you. Not your standard Hilton double tree.

From checkin to check out staff was pleasant and friendly. Beds were extremely comfortable. Bath tub/ shower area could use some tlc. Shower curtain was on its last licks. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Everything was great except I could hear the tv and the family next to us . The walls are thin , beds good no frigerator !!! No ice !!! But good stay other then that

Our bathtub wouldn’t drain, the elevators had duct tape covering holes in the floor, there was no pressure from the sink or shower, the pool was out of order, the two back doors from the parking lot were out of order so we had to take a long walk in the cold to the front of the hotel to get in.

Staff was horrible, shuttle service was no where to be found. I called after waiting 45 minutes the front desk kept putting me on hold. My daughter called on her phone she took the call and when she asked about the driver she hung up. The driver came screaming at me that he was their which was a complete lie. Then asked another passenger and she too agreed that she was waiting for 45 minutes. The bathroom door would not close. Water dripping all night on shower. No refrigerator in room or microwave.
