“Great hotel no complaints at all!”

This hotel might have been the cleanest and quietest hotel ever. With the fastest elevators, we were on the 13th floor and never waited over 20 seconds. Pool and gym area had everything you need. And very clean plenty of towels place to sit and equipment. Staff was all great. Maids gave us extra coffee and setups.

“Great view in Philly”

We were in a corner room on the 20th floor for one night. What a view! We ordered room service at 10:30 PM. It came quickly and was delicious.

“Recent trip to Hyatt Penn's Landing”

Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. I was new to the ara and the staff went out of their way to provide directions.

“Great Stay if A”

A very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly (from check-in to doorman to housekeeping). The lobby was spacious and luxurious in a standard-4-star kinda way. The room had decor that was both functional and design-savy. (I loved the leather arm-chair, big head-boards, framed images, and dark-wood wardrobe). Also, great views. A bit out of the way from the business district and central tourist strip...but all in all, a great stay. I'd come there again.

“perfect”

Friendly front desk and doormen. I came from the west coast for a conference in Philly -on a red -eye- sleep deprived. The woman at the desk cheerfully got me into a quiet room - early (at 1000 AM) and couldn't have been nicer about it. I napped without disturbance - (quiet rooms) and attended the conference in the afternoon. Classy, good quality restaurant and room service- but not fussy. I had a room on the river - very nice view and decor - just a mile from the convention center. Perfect

“Great location, great view, great stay!”

Very courteous and friendly front desk staff. Bathroom was very spacious. Great location and view. I would definitely stay there again. The rate was very reasonable for the quality of the hotel.

“Great Hotel”

Traveled with my 2 young kids (8 & 2) and my mom for a family event. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Everyone from the front desk to the valet to the wait staff had a smile. Very clean, well kept, room was cozy, modern... excellent time. Wish i could stay longer and really enjoy it.

“Convenient”

Hotel was extremely convenient to the events we were attending. River shuttle is literally right out the back door. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Old City is just a short walk away.
