The resort is within walking distance to the beach. It is nice and clean. The food is excellent! Great one-man band music every night! The staff speaks English and very helpful! I would recommend it.

The hotel is near the beach, near night market, shopping mall. It’s fun to stay here. Great breakfast buffet. Great one-man babe at night for dinner. The staff is excellent! I would recommend it.

I had a great time at the charm resort it was close to everything. It was about ten minutes walk to patong beach and the beach was also right cross the street. They staff was very friendly and hands on. The only Thing I didn't like that people was throwing food off the balcony, which brought a lot of bugs by our pool deck. The breakfast was ok but the serve the same thing everyday. Also the egg station the egg was not cook well. But overall my stay was ok

Convenient location, across a main road to the beach. Very expensive accommodation. Glass panels cracked on balconies. After first 2 nights I got a bar bill pushed through the door. They had my credit card details and I said it would be settled on check out. The maids emptied the jacuzzi daily which was annoying as it took an hour to fill up. However, overall we enjoyed our stay.

The evening staff was rude and needed retraining. There was a misunderstanding from Expedia and the hotel side and instead of figuring out the next day and check us in (we arrived at 12am but was forced to wait outside and wasn't able to check in until nearly 2am). We had to talk to Expedia for the issue to moved forward. We were really upset and unhappy. Unfortunately we couldn't get the refund and ended up staying. The service for the rest of the stay was not too bad but that first night left a huge bad impression.

Fabulous resort, really loved the pool access room. Staff are wonderful. Only gripe is regarding breakfast, not the best, especially for the price we paid to stay there. Example, scrambled eggs either run out or dry and look terrible. Some fruit not ripe. Very thin bread. Not enough variety each day.

The Charm Resort is a wonderful Resort. The staff was incredible. The rooftop pool is amazing. The food and bar is fantastic. We spent New Year's Eve at the resort and the evening was amazing, probably the best celebration ever.

Rooms are older than expected from the photos. The room was not very well cleaned, we found hair and candy wrap on the floor. They were doing renovations in the hallway leading up to the room, which caused a lot of noise early in the morning and the hallway had a very strong fresh paint smell during our stay. Service from staff and location was great!

Staff was great, Pool was a highlight because of the view, pool size, and bar/food service. Management was very accommodating with a concern with our room and given a complimentary upgrade, which wasn’t expected. Professional hotel with adequate rooms. Breakfast was ok. Overall was a pleasant stay there.
