“Beautiful Setting”

The hotel is set among many palm trees and we enjoyed the beach, pools, restaurants, and other amenities. The standard room has 2 beds which we wished were a bit bigger. The balcony provided nice view of sunset and place for kids to play/draw. Overall, nice place w/ relaxing atmosphere and good restaurants.

Cape Panwa was our honeymoon hotel and we could not have been any more fussed over or spoiled by the beautiful staff members. The hotel is lovely with a gorgeous private beach and pool. We found this hotel to be an absolute dream come true and the perfect experience. We have stayed in plenty of places around the world and this is the best experience we have ever had. Perfect food, perfect service, perfect staff, perfect rooms and views. Ravishing, ravishing, ravishing, we love this hotel and it's staff and are bringing our families back next year.

“Great Place for R&R”

Very Nice Hotel - Friendly staff - Beautiful beach will small waves so you can actually get in the water - West Side of Phucket the waves were so big that you could not get in the water so plan accordingly. Infinity pool on the beach is the cherry on top!

My husband and I have stayed at Cape Panwa Hotel 6 times as we love the area, the hotel and the staff. We have stayed in other hotels in Phuket and even looked at pool villas which we will try but we will always come back to Cape Panwa Hotel as it feels like our home. They have a lot of return clients, some who stay for extended periods of time and we can understand why! If you are looking for night life and shopping centres close by then this is NOT the place for you. We hire a scooter so we are mobile and can go wherever we like but the great thing about Cape Panwa is it is very quiet and not crowded, mostly locals and very laid back. We travel to Patong when we want to shop, Jungcylon Shopping Centre and Central Festival shopping centre as well as Phuket Town but the nice part is coming back to the quiet corner of Cape Panwa.

“Beautiful Resort! Highly recommend!”

Simply amazing! Stayed in the Cape Suite for 6 nights! one of the largest hotel rooms i have ever stayed in. The suite had a very comfortable king bed, a lounge area, walk in wardrobe, his & hers sinks in huge bathroom (rain shower & seperate bath) and a big balcony with a Jacuzzi and a day bed! The resorts private beach is stunning with clear water, beautiful gardens with activities such as table tennis & badminton. We had a wonderful traditional Thai dinner at the Panwa House a beautiful & romantic location. Buffet breakfast was excellent lots of variety, the free shuttle to the village down the hill was very convenient. The staff are all so approachable & friendly and nothing is ever to much trouble! We hope to return to Cape Panwa Hotel & definitely recommend it!!

“Excellent Hotel, Excellent Service, Perfect Destination for a relaxing getaway!!!”

An excellent property if you are looking to just relax, unwind and get away from it all. The service was superb - staff were friendly and always ready to help. Tim at Guest Relations ironically was the only staff we encountered who appeared to be arrogant and unfriendly - stood out like a sore thumb in a property where the other staff are so service orientated. A shame, but then there's always one. Hopefully the management review this website and take note of the feedback. Jean Marie who looks after food and beverage was always so chatty and friendly. Even the General Manager made it a point to speak with guests and spent quite a bit of time chatting with us. Simon at the Light House bar - just excellent - great band. Great Steak Night in the Cafe. The shuttle service to the bottom of Cape Panwa is excellent as it allows you to sample local restaurants (we at lunch and dinner at Sawasdee most days -such a beautiful view) which are very reasonably priced. Sunset Bar and in particular Bert who works at the Sunset Bar was amazing. The hotel has an excellent spa. Just loved it all...for the first time in a really long time, we were sad to leave a holiday destination....will definitely be back.

“Would book again; great place for R & R!”

This hotel provided exactly what my husband and I were looking for. It is quiet and secluded. The private beach was beautiful. The hotel food was not great and you can get better and cheaper by patronising the local restuarants like Sea Breeze down the hill and Sawasdee by taking the hotel shuttle. The local restaurants serve the same menu as the hotel and it is fresh and good..and like I said much cheaper. At the hotel you pay a 10% service charge and a 7% VAT on all food plus the higher price. Our cape suite room had a great view. The hotel spa is also very nice. All the staff were nice and spoke pretty good English or could find someone who could. If you are looking for a party spot close to the city this is not your place. They do offer shuttles and tours that will take you into the city and club scene but this place is About relaxation. They do have a few bars with live entertainment and a small crowd can build and it is a good time. Would book this resort again without hesitation.

“Beautiful quiet romantic getaway”

The cape panwa resort is a beautiful quiet getaway, the beach is beautiful with coconut palms and presitine white sand. The meals were beautiful, We were upgraded for free to a huge room with a spa on the deck and not charged extra for our two small children. The also have a kids eat free policy that was fantastic. This motel is great value for money. They are doing renovations but this did not impact on us at all, except for the free upgrade.

“A Hotel with all the needs”

The hotel was very clean, the staff very courteous and helpful in all areas, a relaxing and comfortable setting with entertainment. Close to other areas of enjoyment and the hotel will help you get there and back. Family or single recreation available with relaxing settings.
