We had issues with the battery on our door lock dying so we couldn't get in all of the time but the staff was great about getting us into our room and we got back to the hotel.. of the lower cost motels in picayune this is definitely your best option.

This place was basically a stay on your own nobody will help. Doors were locked to the lobby the entire 2 day stay. You did everything thru a pass thru window. The room was outdated, no iron or board, no coffee maker. The doors were locked again in the morning no coffee or breakfast item. The attendant spoke -or English. The phone was from the 80’s, cord tangled totally. Very unpleasant stay!!!

It's an older, updated property. Owners working to keep it clean and fresh. Due to health precautions, no breakfast or exercise facilities open. Staff responsive to requests for paper goods and towels.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is set back, away from the highway and road noise. That made it very quiet at night and easy to sleep. I will stay again when I travel.

Check in was a joke. Foreign guy who only cared about tossing me a key. Never greeted me, didn’t tell me where room was located, didn’t tell me check out time, didn’t tell about breakfast, Wi-Fi password, NOTHING. These are standard things even the worst motels tell you. Coffee maker & tray for coffee items inside room were disgusting. Room was 90 degrees upon entering. When I went to checkout at 9am this morning, lobby was locked and no lights were on. Wyndham & Days Inn should cut ties with these losers, they make you look real bad.

When we got there and checked into our room, we couldn’t believe it. The room was old and musty and the outside door didn’t even close all the way. There was a huge gap at the whole bottom half of the door. Anything could have crawled through. And the top half of the door didn’t even meet the wall. The place was awful. We checked out and went somewhere else immediately.

Our room was clean and very neat. The lobby, gym and pool were locked off due to Covid restrictions(?). So don’t expect a complimentary breakfast or just a coffee except the one from your room.

The property and staff were so terrible, I never checked-in. This property should never charge anyone over $100/night. It looks deserted and is run down. Old paint and a lobby you cannot walk into are what you will be greeted with upon your arrival. There is a small window with a hole for check-in. Your money is not refundable on this dump. Heed the warning- don't book this place!

Facility does not look like pictures. Looks deserted. Roof is dirty rusty and looks awful. No indoor facilities. No breakfast, no pool, no one allowed into the check in area. They say covid but they are not the same as other businesses there. No masks warn in local restaurants. Using covid as excuse to not supply facilities like in all other motels in area. Looks run down and unsafe.

The best I can say is the beds were clean and comfortable. The furniture was shabby and the room was run down and not very clean. Check in was slow even though I had prepaid reservation and the staff was not friendly or inviting.
