I had a pleasant stay. Restaurants close by. Quiet but someone distant from activities.

the room had all the necessities but could have been easily cleaner than the way it was given to us. wipe the mirrors, put the sheets on correctly, wipe the side-tables, etc... otherwise, would like to see a few nicer amenities in the room for the price, like usb-ports for our electronics, or a small couch in the empty section of the room that looks wierd, workout equipment that isn't broken (lat bar, i know not in the room but part of the deal), or again, just more time spent on cleanliness. great location, just outside of greenville, sc, just minutes from everything, service was great too, extended our checkout free of charge so we could wait for our ride in the comfort of our room, with a friendly phone call. we checked in late as well and had a very nice man there to give us our keys.

Room nice and clean. Attentive staff. No issues at all. I asked for a diner recommendation ( wanted a local place that was good) and was directed to Joe Shmoe's by a somewhat young staff member. Avoid Joe Shmoe's if you're looking for something other than beer. If that's what you want, then Cheers!

when checked in, was given a smoking room, was told that when reserving a room online did not tell them if I wanted non-smoking, so the room smelled like an ashtray and the hotel was booked full so I could not change rooms. Please review my up coming stay at the crown plaza in on 1-/19/13 to ensure that I have Non-Smoking Room
