Overlooking the communal pool. 15 minutes walk to beautiful, blue flag beach of Mil Palmeras, many more within easy reach. Walking distance of bars, restaurants and supermarket. 30 min from Murcia airport, 45 minutes from Alicante airport. Free WIFI.
Main bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobe with chest of drawers. Second bedroom has two single beds, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have mirrors.
Generous sized, tiled bathroom with toilet, sink and bath.

A fully furnished, modern kitchen with cooker/hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, utensils and cutlery.

Washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Lovely living room with a comfortable sofa bed, dining table and 4 chairs, tv, dvd player (variety of CDs and DVDs),books, free WIFI.
There are toys, books and DVDs available for children's use.
A pleasant terrace with a table and four chairs, ideal for having meals.
Cleaning is carried out by owners after quests leave at cost of 60 Euros(to be left in the apartment at the end of stay). Bed linen and towels are included. Cleaning mid stay can be arranged for additional cost.
The apartment is suitable for year round renting. It is perfect for families as it provides peaceful and attractive location. Winter lets are also available ,as the apartment has an electric radiator and duvets.
Short stays and discounts in quiet months are also possible, however contact the owners.
Due to the steps to the property, we regret this property is not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties.

There is a lovely terrace overlooking the communal pool and garden.
There are 4 excellent golf courses within 15 minutes drive: Las Colinas, Las Rambles, Campoamor and Vilamartin.
Murcia airport is 30 minutes drive away and Alicante airport is 45 minutes drive away from the apartment. Car hire is available at both airports. It is not essential, however if you wish to explore further afield it is recommended.
The village of Mil Palmeras is 15 minutes walk from the apartment. It has a little square and a great 'restaurant alley' which is packed with international restaurants specialising in their own cuisine. The promenade,runs the length of the beach and takes you north to Dehesa de Campoamor or south to Torre de la Horadada. The visits to Torrevieja, Murcia, Alicante ,Cartagena or Sierra de Espuna are highly recommended.
Mil Palmeras has a magnificent beach, depending on the time of the year it ranges in width, although the fine golden sand is always guaranteed. Mil Palmeras literally means thousand palms, and it is a quiet coastal village . There is a Friday morning street market in nearby Pilar de la Horadada where you can buy local produce.
Torre de la Horadada is also one of the prettiest of the southern resorts with attractive coastline and seafront walks as well as a charismatic watch tower dating from the time when pirates sailed these seas, numerous sandy beaches, sunny weather and a delightful marina with plenty of mooring space.
Torre de la Horadada/Mil Palmeras weather has a Mediterranean climate meaning that there are three hundred days of sunshine annually, a guarantee of no rain in the summer months, and mild winters with a little rainfall.
A 50%,non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking with the remainder payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If the booking is less than 8 weeks away, the full amount is payable at the time of booking. A £150 refundable ,security deposit will be returned subject to confirmation that there is no breakages/damages other than normal wear&tear and safe return of keys.

Great little appartement
We are a family of 4 with two kids aged 10 and spent a fantastic 10 days here end of August. The apartment is clean and cosy with good comfortable firm beds. Great pool, which you can see from the balcony, for both kids and adults. Pool was quiet (end of August) and so was the neighbourhood. The apartment had everything you could possible need, from all mod cons to assorted handy household items like washing up liquid, toilet paper, toys, books, various toiletries, (beach) towels and a closet full of beach equipment. Extremely useful! Apartment is small but great value for money. We had a fantastic 10 days at the tail end of summer.

Fantastic apartment in great surroundings!
The apartment is on a beautifully maintained private complex overlooking the pool. A car is a must if you're wanting to explore the surrounding areas - particularly, Pilar and Torre de la Horadada, San Pedro Del Pinatar, the old town of Torrevieja, Cartgena, to name just a few. The beach at Mil Palmeras is a comfortable stroll away with bars and restaurants dotted along the front. There is also a VERY well stocked supermarket near the main square. The apartment is a good size with a fully glazed terrace ideal for dining. There are MANY home comforts provided, from chairs for the beach to sports equipment and a huge selection of DVDs! A fantastic holiday - we can't wait to return. (A MUST is a visit to El Gallego Bar & Grill in Pilar de la Horadada - the steaks are AMAZING!)

Well appointed home from home
Our first time self catering and we were not disappointed. Very well maintained flat with all mod cons. All sorts of unexpected extras at the flat, from loads of DVDs, maps and children's toys to beach chairs! Very good location, near to main roads, airport,shops and restaurants but in a in a stylish and quiet position. Just mind the neighbours cat doesn't sneak into the sun room at I think he likes the flat too!

The apartment is just like the pictures nice clean, big two bedrooms everything you need is in the apartment. even tennis equipment. The beach is a 12 minuet stroll away beautiful beaches a further 15 min stroll is Torre de la Horadada with a beautiful Harbour, even tho it was Christmas and out of season it was nice and relaxing. The Olympia bar do lovely meals including steaks ( Dusty) is excellent bar man. Would love to go back to apartment again and recommend how safe the area is and friendly.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles ist vorhanden Geschirr, Bettwäsche, Handtücher auch Toilettenpapier, sodass man auch mit dem Flugzeug kommen kann ohne viel mit zu schleppen. Man sollte sich aber darauf einstellen, dass es Abends noch länger etwas lauter ist, da es hellhörig ist. Am Tag der Abreise haben wir beim Packen Silberfischchen gefunden, das ist das einzige das noch verbessert werden könnte.

Überwintern in Spanien
Die Übernahme der Wohnung war unkompliziert Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt und wir fanden uns gleich gut zurecht. Es gab eine umfangreiche Beschreibung mit einigen Bedienungsanleitungen für de technischen Geräte. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Küchengeräten ist je nach Anspruch unterschiedlich zu bewerten, für uns war alles ausreichend vorhanden. Küchenliebhaber werden wohl sowieso das Eine oder Andere selbst dabei haben. Das absolute Highlight ist der verglaste Balkon, der schon von der Morgensonne aufgewärmt wird und bis in die späten Abendstunden eine angenehme Temperatur behält. Wir haben den Esstisch aus der Wohnung dort aufgestellt und konnten uns dort auch mit Gästen den ganzen Tag aufhalten. Für sehr kühle Tage sind jedoch auch flexibel aufstellbare Elektroheizungen vorhanden. Kontakt zum Vermieter war ohne Probleme möglich. Kleinere Schwierigkeiten konnten sofort ausgeräumt werden. Die Wohnung liegt in der ersten Etage, so dass das Unterstellen von 2 E-Bikes nicht ganz einfach, aber etwas Fitness vorausgesetzt, möglich ist. wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Niet ok,ongedierte kroop op muren en in bed. Alles wat je aanraakte was vettig en vuil. Geen posten op tv enkel Spaans.. heb foto's en filmpjes van ongedierte en van lekkende airco die bovenaan vol zat met vies vuil stof!!!
