Immaculate Ground Floor 2 Bed Apartment In Gated Community With Pool

This newly decorated apartment is on the ground floor of a two storey block with entrance door off the private terrace. Inside it is clean, modern and filled with light from the double glass doors to the private terrace and garden area. The furniture is stylish and the apartment has all the necessary equipment and amenities for a relaxed self catering holiday plus air conditioning units in the main rooms. The RioMar 13 gated development has 6 blocks of apartments, each has 2 storeys and in total there are approximately 90 apartments in the development surrounding a large shared swimming pool with Jacuzzi and shallow area for children. There is a small children’s play/park area and an indoor games room/community room. This is a quiet development with most apartments owner occupied and around a quarter let for holiday rentals.

Nice but not a place to chill
The apartment is nice, very clean and quite well equipped. The contacts and check in process were totally all right. Unfortunately the 2 persons bed is pretty small and the pillows not so comfy. We didn’t have very good nights. The exterior space gets very few sunlight and isn’t appropriate to chill out. It’s a nice place if you want to move out a lot in the region by car. And the apartment is child friendly 😊

Absolutely disgraceful
Totally mis- advertised Cheap bedding and towels. Filthy kitchen cupboards. Leftover items in cupboards and drawers Bathroom drawer - disgusting, used tampon tubes, toilet roll tubes. Other bits and pieces. BBQ filthy full of ash. I did speak to owner at first instance, who did refund £150, but that was before we found no end of other things. I then asking for a further refund but refused. I feel very angry and cheated.

Perfect for a family stay
Easy to find and park, this secure gated community with a lovely communal pool was great for a week away. Mil Palmeras was a 15 minute walk away with lots of restaurants and a night market. The beach in Mil Palmeras is also good with plenty for the children to do and some great beach bars.

We stayed as a small group, myself, daughter and granddaughter, loved the pool and the whole complex, about 10-15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants but felt very safe, quiet area. Apartment is well equipped and garden is lovely and shady in the afternoons

Basic facts
After e mailing the owner about the lack of tea towels only one manky one,one manky bedroom light ,shade all split ,lights not working quality of towels ,no cushions no ,rug on floor ,split dried up shower curtain ,smell from cooker hood not been cleaned for months ,no shelves in cooker oven they had been removed on;y one pan which could be used, no line ,pegs for washing ,no proper cutlery just three teaspoons of differing size plus various knives and forks ,no large knives to use.,no washing basket,condition of quilts very suspect ,no saucepans various reasonable crockery glasses no wine glasses.The owner did replace some of these when I e mailed her some came roughly ten days before we came home .The advert says maid service and cleaning once a week which was laughed out by the key holder .We were told the garage was un reachable because of the position of it. We were after the 2nd e mail a refund of nights not used ,I could go on ,not a good experience but we made the best of it .I think you need to check up more with the owners about the state of your lettings

Muy bien equipada y cómoda
Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable, en Junio la piscina estaba apenas vacía. Los pocos vecinos alrededor eran muy majos. La casa está completamente equipada, cómoda para descansar o trabajar, como fue nuestro caso. Recién instalada fibra óptica con muy buena velocidad. Tras una pequeña revisión a las bicicletas, probablemente paradas desde antes de la pandemia, pudimos disfrutar de buenos paseos al atardecer por la urbanización.

nice spacious apartment in a very quiet area
Very comfortable accommodation in a gated complex. A car is useful as it is a fair way from any shops or entertainment. A big bonus was the opportunity to use the two bikes that are provided with the apartment so we could easily get to the seafront and town. The ability to receive British tv was good as it was dark and chilly by 6pm.

very nice comfortable well equiped apartment in quiet and safe area
apartment on arrival was very clean. its in a quiet peaceful area in a nice block, excellent pool. seemed to have all necessary kitchen utensils. it was a bit of a walk to village and supermarket, 15 to 20 mins walk, so coming back with shopping bags you could get a bit of a sweat on and this was october. main mercadona supermarket is not really walkable, we got a taxi for about 8 euros. ideally it would be adviseable to hire a car. but very nice comfortable apartment , main bedroom has en suite bathroom which was handy. terrace area was quite spacious but not much of a view from it as just looks out to front of other apartments. very nice sandy beach which was just past the bars, restaurants, so 15 minute walk. ideal location for murcia airport, about 15 minutes drive 25 euros taxi. great little airport, i think we were in apartment about half an hour after landing. only downside was that when we were there an apartments had a dog that barked a lot, but definately would recommend staying.

Property was very comfortable. Location is very close to main N332, so traffic noise is quite intrusive when sat outside. Washing machine does not spin at all well and comes out dripping wet. Towels were a mismatch of sizes and shapes.

The apartment has everything a family could need for holidays.
The apartment has everything a family could need for a holiday. This is our second time at the apartment and it was as good if not better than the last year. Golf clubs bikes, tennis rackets are all available along with a large apartment that feels big even with teenagers. It is lovely to sit outside in the evening having a drink after a day basking in the sun. Could not recommend highly enough.

Fabulous value for money apartment , clean, with all the amenities you would want.
Good location being 15 mins walk to a great beach.The apartment is on a complex, with a lovely pool area with a grassed area for sunbathing.We flew to Alicante which was only 45 mins away by car and easy to find.The apartment was comfortable , clean , and well furnished with British tv and air conditioning .With hiring a car we had the benefit of visiting a lot of the local area, and a water park in Murcia which the kids loved.We would highly recommend this property and area for families, and great value for money we will be returning!!
