The villa was a perfect location for our stay to visit Callaway Gardens, the cute town of Pine Mountain and Warm Springs. The response from the initial booking was prompt, polite and helpful. The details for check-in were sent in a timely manner. Upon entering we observed a towel wrapped around one of the toilets base. We received a call from the property manager just as we walked in the door. He explained the situation with the toilet and that he had arranged a repairman already who should be arriving by 4:30. At 5:00 we called to check on the status of the repair and left a message. Within 10 minutes the repairman arrived. The repair was completed while we were at dinner. The manager texted to apologize for missing my call. We really appreciated the attention to the repair and the response of the manager when we reached out. The disappointing part was the villa itself. It is in need of TLC. Sofa cushions were stained and look dirty. Cushions and throws did not smell clean. The nice screen porch was not clean and prepared for guests. Decks could be nice but were not tidy and welcoming. A sliding glass door and a window were not locked upon our arrival. No shampoo, conditioner or bath gel. Tubs have mildew around the edge. We did not prepare meals so I can’t say how well the kitchen was or wasn’t stocked. The villa has such potential! The beds were extremely comfortable! Wish all else matched the comfort of the beds and the communication with the manager.

Cozy (yet spacious) cabin in Callaway
My family and I stayed at this cabin during fantasy in lights at Callaway Gardens. The cabin is well kept with renovations in many of the rooms. The master bedroom was perfect for the adults to retreat once the kids were asleep. Perfect location for Callaway, wild safari and downtown pine mountain. The hosts were very responsive and attentive throughout the stay. Will look for this one again.

We had a great time and would stay here again. Such a nice home and true to pictures pretty much. Love the gas grill and fire pit. so comfortable for a family with small children. Wish we could have stayed longer. Maybe we will be back this summer. The kitchen does need additional items, i.e., sharp potato peeler, 2 additional small to medium pots, sharp knife, pyrex dish, and maybe one more baking sheet.

The place was better than the pictures. Proximity to Callaway Gardens was excellent, and offered very quiet surroundings. The multiple outdoor options suited any kind of weather -- a deck with a fireplace, a covered porch, and an open space with a swing. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful Villa!
Our visit was one of the best stays we’ve experienced in Pine Mountain and the Villa exceeded our expectations. Every room is tastefully furnished – the living space is inviting, with plush sofas and pillows and the bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and we ate every meal in. We especially enjoyed using the Keuric coffee machine each morning. The bathrooms are spacious and provide lots of room to unpack. We took advantage of the decks that surround the house - one is screened-in and all had comfortable seating. We'd love to stay here again when we return to Pine Mountain as we highly recommend this beautiful home.
