The staff was wonderful and attentive, courteous and friendly. The property is well maintained. The only suggestion I would make is to get rid of the carpeting in the rooms. Being allergic to dust, no matter how well you clean carpets, they always bring out the itchiness. Carpet aside, it was all good.

Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Hotel conveniently located off I-79. Very much appreciate the IHG Rewards upgrade we received, so our room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything looked to be in good condition.

The cleaniness was absolutely EXCELLENT. Only complaint was that the night staff was a little rude when asking for extra sheets for the hide away bed. Other than that everything was super. We missed the hot tub, but the manager was very kind in explaining it to us.

Location, price and cleanliness are all 10 out of 10 from me. The room had a ton of stuff like microwave, toaster, full-size fridge, stove top. It had pots, kettles and even cutlery.

The stay at the hotel served its purpose. It was clean, the kitchenette was clean as well as dishes and utensils. I liked its location because there plenty of restaurants ro choose from.

Highly competent staff, friendly as well. Free laundry for week lo g or longer stays, though equipment could use replacing. Great to have kitchenette and regular size frudge in the room.

Very difficult to find the building and no sign to mark entrance from a busy road.Had to run shower for 7 minutes before hot water came. Not confident in level of cleanliness and horrible room coffee.

Noise from the highway in front of it is terrible. Also garbage from the back of the restaurants directly next to the hotel is collected at 2am, 3am,4am.. prepare to wake to this loud noiwe if you havent already woken to the traffic noiae of the highway. this loud

I am extremely disappointed with this property. There was a travel ban, and we could not physically drive on the streets on our check in day because road conditions were terrible. We called Hotels.com to get a refund; and they put in the request, and told me that it will take 3-5 business days to get the refund. I was very pleased at this response only to get an email a day later that Candlewood Suites Pittsburgh-Cranberry (an IHG Hotel property) would NOT issue a refund. I will not be staying at any IHG property any time soon; and am telling evyeryone I know about there inflexibility when things out of our control (weather). Shame on you IHG Hotel group! I hope Hotels.com and other hotel website choose to not carry your properties on their sites.
