To get into the elevator to go to the rooms you need to have the access card. That feature makes it a bit more secure for people who are staying there.

No Coffee or Tea provided in the morning and the closest coffee shop was 1.5 km away. Constant noise above, in the hallway. The toilet was also noisy. Will never stay in this place again

The room was filthy and I had to purchase cleaning supply to clean the room. The sheets and the towels were used and dirty. You have to wash the towels in the motel & its 6 bucks to wash the towels in filth. It was so much hair and disgusting crap in the washer and drier that i went and vomited. The driers were so dirty that i hung up the items to dry but they never did become clean because i was washing it in dog hair. There were always weirdos hanging out and people with several 200 lbs dogs. I guess it is what you pay for but at least dont give people used towels and linnens or give the guests the name of a landry and a card because they go out of their way to make you projectile vomit.

Evening staff member was very rude during check in. Was an issue with room during check-in and was simply told they could refund my money and i could go stay somewhere else although i had called earlier in the day and told it would not be an issue. Very disappointing

Fire Alarm at 3 a.m. caused by poor maintenance
Fire alarm went off at 3 a.m. Wasn't an actual fire, wasn't a prank but according to manager on staff, a glitch in their system that she thought they were going to fix. I arrived at 1:30 a.m. after very long trip, leaving at 8:30 a.m., really needed a good six or so hours sleep before continuing on the road. This ruined it, would have slept better in my car. I would have understood if fire or prank or maybe even first time a glitch happened but a repeat that wasn't fixed. Are you kidding me?

Probably fine for an inexpensive long term stay. But not good for a vacation. Limited linen service (towels), and very limited front desk help. Essentially all we did was sleep and shower there. Will not stay there again, and would not recommend for vacations.

Upon arrival, I called to the front desk to ask for more towels. Though I received them, the staff informed me that I will need to call earlier when the front desk is open next time. Considering that the hotel is an extended stay facility, the kitchenette did not have pans, silverware or plates The fitted sheet was very dingy instead of being white. It appeared as it the sheets had not been changed in between stays. They had spots on them and so did the top blanket. The floor had fuzz balls on it. The TV remote and clock did not have backings on the battery compartment.

The first room that I was assigned to wasn't cleaned so I reported to the front desk. We opened the next assigned room with dismay. The room had just been cleaned and mobbed. The floor looked like a pool of water. I had to wait for almost an hour in and out of the room until the room was reasonable dry for habitation. Even with this I found the floor so sticky that I refused to step on it throughout my stay. It's unfortunate that a nice looking hotel building is managed poorly.
