Great breakfast! Grandson and I went for a swim it was very chilly water was too cold to swim in so I went in the hot tub but it wasn’t hot at all. Both were a disappointment. Pool towels all over on the floor and in both the pool and hot tub. We tryed to clean them up , we did our best. For a traveler just wanted a nice swim and hot tub but it was a fail. Did inform the front desk. And no recite. I asked but she said it would be in my email, I just wanted a paper recite.

The shower wouldn’t drain and the front desk person refused to help me . The response was “ sorry there is no one here.” DO NOT STAY HERE! This is NOT the first time this facility has caused us issues . Never again!!! What a shame

The room was very clean. I wasn't keen on the square pillows. They were a little too thick for me. We checked in at 3 pm but the standard king bed room we booked wasn't available. Reason given was cleaning staff shortage. We waited 45 minutes then switched to a room with 2 queen beds. We paid same amount. Ut was a little disappointing.

The hotel is very nice. The room is spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Unfortunately the young lady at the reception was very unfriendly. Like dealing with a machine. No smile, nothing. Did not even look up until I made a sound to get her attention. I don't know if I would stay here again. Staff friendliness is very important.

We always stay here if nearby. Breakfast was meager this time. No coffee was available for quite a while, every cooked option had peppers, which I cannot eat. AND, the toaster was broken.

The hotel has a strong mildew smell. The smell lingered in the halls, elevators and into our room. It triggered an asthma attacked. The over head bathroom light was burned out. The in room coffee pot was broken. The breakfast was nice and front desk clerks were polite. Parking was well lite.

This was not the first time we stayed at this hotel. The young person at the desk was wonderful. Her name is Elaura. She is just beautiful, inside and out. She has a great smile and we loved how she greeted us when we arrived. We plan on staying there on our return.

Comfortable Convenient Stop South
The beds were comfortable and room quiet for goodnight sleep while travelling south. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying for good start to day. Price reasonable.

Really old furniture, unvacuumed hallways, no shampoo in dispenser bottles, breakfast food was okay - but staff was in a huddle speaking to one another and not to the guests. The gym was the best part of the facility. We have stayed at Hampton Inns before and were looking forward to staying. Very disappointed would not stay there again.
