Older property showing its age. Bathroom was clean but older. Beds comfy. Left something at the hotel and did mail it to me but hasn’t arrived here yet. Lobby furniture was worn and tired. Older hotel. Felt safe. Nothing bad just little old and tired.

I could hear the television and the conversation in the room next door. The door between the room was an inch above the floor and the light from that room came through because it was on all night. For the cost of the room, I expected a better accommodation.

No elevator to the 2nd floor on our side of the building, smelly hallways, fake wood floors in our room, people smoking right outside our room by the side door of the hotel, loud partying and fighting outside one night at 2am. Besides that everything was fine…except for seeing a big cockroach on the wall just as we were packed up and leaving. He waved goodbye with his feelers. God knows how many other members of his family were staying with us for those three days! 😱😂

My mother and daughter and I stayed a night before an event in the area. We had no idea we were in for a girls night! We decided to eat in the pub rather than venture back out looking for some place to eat. Little did we know we had stumbled into the "Local Studio 54" as described by the staff. The restaurant has a DJ on Fridays and the place gets packed. It was reminiscent of a Holiday Inn in the 80's per my mother...My 5yo daughter commented while we waited for our food "I think this is going to turn into the kind of night where I'm out there dancing with those ladies"....and she did! Honestly the staff was great, the food was tasty and the menu had variety, the locals were friendly and my 5yo was ecstatic to go "clubbing" on the dance floor between the lady with the walker, the 80yo with the great dance moves and a group of 30-40's-ish ladies who circled around her chanting "oooooh oooooh!" We laughed and had a great time! The hotel check in was easy, the room was clean and had a mini frige and microwave, and the buffet breakfast the next morning was well stocked. The decor is a little aged but overall we had a great experience.

Very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the hotel - there were no issues. It would be nice to have certain breakfast items included in the price of the room.

An Average Stay
Comfortable hotel. Very clean. Staff friendly. Disappointed in restaurant. Not convenient to plan a meal because closed for events or preparing or cleaning up for them. Location horrible to find for out-of-towners. Passed it 3 times on a horrible highway (37).

This is the second time we have stayed here and we found it clean and very comfortable, also very quiet and the free breakfast was really very good. We would stay here again if in the area.

When I arrived, my reservation wasn’t in their system. Seems there was a glitch in the computer between hotels.com & Clarion even though I had proof of my reservation. The front desk clerk was nice enough to help me with my reservation. She made the call for me and got it resolved. I had just buried my father earlier the day and was under stress. Was there for a Holiday party in town.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. There was a party on the first floor and you couldn’t hear the slightest bit of noise upstairs. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and updated. The staff was courteous and gave us complementary bottled water and coffee in the morning
