We apologize for the issues you experienced with the hot tub and the checkout clean-up process. Regarding the cleaning fee, we understand that it can be frustrating to feel like you are doing a lot of cleaning yourself, especially with young children. Our cleaning fee is a standard charge to cover the cost of professional cleaning services and to ensure that the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for each guest. We're sorry that you did not feel that the fee was justified in your case. Our checkout procedures are very simple and straightforward. Please tidy up the cabin by doing the following: Remove all perishable items Take out the trash to the large garbage bins in the garage Load and start the dishwasher Place all used linens and towels in a pile in the room they were used. Please begin a load of laundry of towels. Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances Close and lock all windows and doors Set the thermostat to 60.
