Excellent location for groups
My husband and I stayed here with some of our extended family for the second time for a family reunion. The property is extremely well kept and maintained. It is spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for larger groups. Even with 5 kids running around we all had plenty of space to hang out and spend time together. The host is very attentive and easy to communicate with. I give this place top marks and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

Family Trip
Once a year we meet halfway between TX and NE with family. This is our 3rd time we have stayed at Hat Ranch! This is the perfect place for us to meet up! We love this property! And the game room is our main hang out all weekend long!! This property has everything you will need for a great getaway!! We will definitely be back!

Lifelong Memories
We rented the Hat Ranch Lodge as my daughter was getting married at the Marland Mansion. The property is amazing. We had so much fun with the game room. Family members came from Kansas City, Orlando, Florida, San Antonio, and Oklahoma. It was a great place for us all to be together and create lasting memories!

Family Reunion
We had a great time! The garage game room was a hit with our college and high school boys. Pool, poker table, shuffle board, board games and a TV with football going. It was my parents 79th and 80th birthday. We relaxed on the porch and watched the Longhorn and their calves in the pasture along with wild turkeys. Everything we needed for cooking was in the kitchen. It was super clean and the checkin/check out was super easy.

Breathtakingly Beautiful Property
The home was perfect for our family’s 4th of July celebration! The property was absolutely beautiful! We loved this place so much! Everything was setup so nice and this home has so much tradition and just a feel of home. Thank you to the hosts for sharing your home and making our trip one of the best we’ve had in a while. Perfect 79th Birthday
This property is the perfect place to rent for a family get together. It is equipped with everything you need for any event. Sara also put a sign at the highway to direct all guest. The setting is so relaxing and beautiful. Turkeys and livestock was a bonus. The only thing I would change, would be to make sure all exterior doors and window lock well and an iron/ironing board would be a great addition. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Stayed here for a weekend wedding in Ponca City. Great place, large house. Really enjoyed the game room with pool table, poker table and a shuffle board table. Plenty of room to spread out and just relax. Also enjoyed the turkeys on the front porch each morning! Great host!

Absolutely beautiful
We loved our stay this is a beautiful house with beautiful views. Our 2 and 3 year old loving seeing the cows walking around. Everything was easy. The house was fully stocked with everything you could every need and was the cleanest place we have ever been. The hosts are are great and answer any question you have instantly.

Some of our extended family(6 adults, 2 children) gathered for 3 nights in this blissful setting for the Memorial Day weekend. It was absolute perfection! Everything was exactly like it was described, very clean & so spacious!! Our host was lovely! I would definitely recommend The HaT Ranch Lodge!!

90th Birthday Bash
Celebrated my dads 90th birthday at the ranch. It was a great place to stay and enjoy spending time with family. Family came in from Colorado, Arkansas, Texas and Ohio. Great experience!!!

Never expected to love it like this!
I knew Hat Ranch would be good for us because it held our big family and was close to the venue of our son’s wedding. I never expected us to fall in love with it💙 My grown kids can’t stop talking about it! There’s room for everyone to spread out, babies to sleep, people to cook, and so much more. It was just perfect! I left a piece of jewelry that was so precious to me and Sara found it and mailed it the next day. Above and beyond just like Hat Ranch!!

Amazing Stay!!
I don't even know where to begin. This home was so inviting. There was plenty of space for our family - we even loved that there was additional chairs outside. Because trust me, you will want to spend some time outdoors - the property is beautiful. All the rooms were nice and neat. Beds were comfortable. We loved the game area. Kitchen and outdoor cooking are was amazing. Firepit was great. Just a wonderful experience.

The HaT Lodge is wonderful! It is a great setting for all sorts of events and family gatherings! We were there specifically for a "girls" get together! It is HUGE ... lots of room to spread out and enjoy! Lots of places to sit and just relax. Watching the cows and turkeys is an added treat! We liked it so much we are prebooking for next year! You will not be disappointed!

Superb Experience
We have a large family. Our kids, spouses and grandkids stayed with us. Ten in all. House was spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the ranch. The fire pit was amazing and the cattle were cool. We’ll definitely be going back!!

HAt Ranch is fantastic!!
We went to Ponca for my sons wedding and the Ranch was the perfect place for my family. We had 3 kids under 12 and they had a ball exploring and watching the cows parade by each morning for their breakfast. We all had our own space and plenty of room for everyone to get ready. The Ranch provides all the necessities so you don’t have to run to the store for the basics. The decor was so cool and creative. The game room was a great way to end the night. You are right down the road from Pahuska so you can check all the Pioneer Women stuff too. We absolutely loved it!!

We had so much fun at your ranch. It was very nice and very clean! Lots of room to spread out and plenty of tables for games and meals. We loved the cows, goats, and deer, and the beautiful cardinal we would see when we went out. Really look bed our stay.

We have previously stayed here for a long weekend for OSU Homecoming. This time we stayed here because our daughter graduated from OSU. Just a short trip into Stillwater, very convenient! The ranch is cozy and comfortable, couldn't ask for anything more!

At the end of the road we found a comfortable, relaxing, peaceful home away from home. We loved watching the deer, wild turkey and cattle. The road is rough getting there but you will not be disappointed once you arrive. The house is stocked well with supplies. We loved our time there!

Best place we've stayed at in Ponca.
Peaceful setting on the ranch. Saw plenty of wildlife roaming around. The house is great and has everything you need for an extended stay. We had 5 guys staying here for the work week and had plenty of space. We enjoyed spending time in the bar in the evenings. We will be back.
